The vibe is immaculately crafted by owner Brooke and her welcoming, but professional staff. There are seasonal cocktails & mocktails, beautifully curated decor, and a full array of hair and styling products. Jen R. did a full consultation with my mom. Everything from how she maintains her hair to her typical activities. Jen is gregarious, while still giving you a deeply detailed cut. She's so passionate about her craft, and it really shines in the results. My mom came out feeling like a new woman, her hair having tons of body and movement, a tough task when your hair is stick straight and thick. She is thrilled, and couldn't wait to take on the rest of our day. I highly recommend Studio B, and honestly can't wait to return for my own appointment.

This is honestly a hard review to write because the stylists themselves were wonderful people and…read moreincredibly talented at what they do. After my longtime hairstylist left the industry, I found myself searching for a new salon. After seeing so many glowing reviews, I decided to give Studio B Salon a try. On 3/28, I saw Ana for a haircut, color consultation, and to discuss getting a Cezanne treatment. Ana gave me an amazing haircut and recommended products that I absolutely love. We also talked through my future color plans and the smoothing treatment. I was informed that Ana did not perform the Cezanne treatment herself, but one of her coworkers did. I specifically asked whether I should do the color or the treatment first, and I was told it did not matter. On 4/18, I saw Chelsea for the Cezanne treatment. My hair looked incredible shiny, smooth, and completely frizz-free. I followed all aftercare instructions exactly, including waiting the full three days before washing or getting my hair wet. Aside from the typical product smell, the results were amazing. For the first time in forever, I could let my hair air dry without frizz, which is unheard of for my hair type. I get this treatment yearly and have never had issues before. Normally it lasts me through summer until fall humidity settles down. Then on 4/22, I returned to see Ana for vivid color (what the salon calls "unicorn hair"). Because I previously had blue and green tones in my hair, a color remover was used to lift the existing color. I was excited because the salon offered a non-bleach option for lifting vivid color. Before proceeding, I AGAIN confirmed that the color lifting process would not affect my Cezanne treatment, and I was reassured multiple times that it would be fine. Ana did an amazing job with the color itself. The lift came out beautifully, and the final vivid red was gorgeous. I truly loved the result. However, after only a few washes, I noticed the effects of the Cezanne treatment fading rapidly. The signature smell from the treatment disappeared almost immediately, and my hair became progressively frizzier with each wash. At first, I tried to give it time and assumed maybe I was overthinking it. This past weekend was my first time out in humidity since the services, and my hair looked as though I had never had the treatment done at all less than a month after paying for it. When I contacted the salon, I was told I was outside of their 7-day touch-up period and that any corrective service would be considered completely new. I spent over $1,000 in less than a week at this salon (not including the March haircut appointment) only to essentially be told I could pay again for an "express" Cezanne treatment that lasts around 10 weeks and could potentially lighten my freshly colored hair meaning I may also need to pay to recolor it afterward. That response was incredibly disappointing. I trusted the salon's expertise and specifically asked multiple times whether these services would interfere with one another. Had I been properly advised, I would have scheduled them differently or waited. Instead, I'm left feeling like I paid a premium price for services that cancelled each other out, with no accountability or empathy from management afterward. The stylists themselves were kind and talented, especially Ana, whose haircut and color work I genuinely loved. But unfortunately, the lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the recommendations given left me extremely disappointed overall. Based on my experience, I would personally only recommend this salon for haircuts.

After driving an hour there already my fiancé was disappointed and decided to go home. Then the following day we checked her page and it looks like she not only blocked my fiancé but also blocked me. Luckily this all happened now and not when the wedding came around. I couldn't imagine how devastated my fiancé would be if she flaked on us on our wedding day. Im not one to leave reviews but after she blocked me on Facebook for no reason I figured I'd say something.

This led me to wanting to try somewhere different. I had seen some of the work Ally had done on other ladies' lashes and was impressed by the results so I decided to reach out to her about lash extensions. Call me dramatic but that decision would forever change my life...... Ally's studio is very relaxing and really makes you feel like you're enjoying a couple hours at the spa with the meditation music playing in the background. I started off getting the classic set and honestly couldn't have been happier with the results. Not only was I saving money, I was walking away looking and feeling like a new, more improved woman. I was radiating confidence. You will not receive the same service and care at a salon as you would with Ally. She truly cares about her clients and making their lashes look picture perfect. I will definitely continue getting my lashes done by her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - you're welcome in advance ladies :*

ORIGINALLY I LEFT THIS VENDOR 3 STARS OUT OF 5 BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH OUR EXPERIENCE WASN'T THE BEST,…read moreTRISH WAS STILL REASONABLY NICE AND AT TIME POLITE. HOWEVER AFTER MY SISTER LEFT A REVIEW ON WEDDINGWIRE SHE THREATENS TO SUE MY SISTER FOR A COUPLE OF MILLION DOLLARS WHICH IS WRONG AND IS AGAINST THE WEDDING WIRE POLICY!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS VENDOR. I am writing this review as a maid of honor that worked with my sister, the bride very closely with her wedding details. When my sister booked Trish she was able to meet up with Trish at her studio to do practice make up and hair, to see what she would like. PRACTICE MAKE UP: My sister, the bride and I went to Trish when my sister got her practice make up and hair done, I went with my sister for the moral support. When my sister left she was almost in tears, Trish couldn't get my sister's hair right and my sisters make up did not look anything like my sister has asked for, Trish tried using contouring lines which were dark, dark brown and she didn't blend them in and you can see the lines under the make up on my sister's cheeks and nose. Needless to say my big sister was worried for her big day. THE DAY OFF: Despite having bad experience with Trish at her practice make up round, Trish made my sister, the bride look fantastic and at the end that is all that counts. However there were a few hiccups before she left and my sister walked down the isle. Trish did my hair and make up prior to working on my sister. The hair was great maybe not exactly what the photo looked like but it still looked good, however the make up almost made me cry, I showed her a photo, the photo included very soft color such as gold's, champagne, and very light brown, when Trish did my make up she used browns and the coloring of the eye make up didn't fade into one another it was just there not to mention she made my under eyes look darker than they should have I walked away upset and looking like I had a black eye, I decided not to let it bother me, because I didn't want to upset my sister. At the end I walked up to Trish and asked if Trish can touch up my eyes a bit, because no one seemed to like them, the first thing that Trish said was, "actually after I'm done with someone's make up I don't touch it up," however she still grabbed her concealer and dubbed a few times and wiped it, unfortunately I walked away looking even worse with smudges under my eyes, I almost cried and had to fix everything myself. When Trish was working on our mother, our mother wasn't very happy with her hair or make up, I do understand there was miscommunication as our mother didn't have a photo to show what make up she wanted done, however she did have a photo for her hair and the hair looked nothing like the photo. Needless to say my mother was a tad upset when leaving. At the end of the day my sister looked fantastic and that's all that matters. However we do wish that Trish would have communicated with us more as to how the over all look would have been.
