It was an early start (4:30 am pickup for the airport) but my driver kept me informed and sent a text to me when he arrived. The vehicle was an older Escalade, clean but a bit tired. The drive was pleasant and suitably talkative but knew when to quiet the conversation. I got to my destination early. Good service and the price was on par with other Austin services. Recommended.

First off I worked with Angel in coordinating it. She answered a million questions. Coordinated everything, and gave me a GREAT deal compared to all of the other bus/limo companies with buses that couldn't even compare to Aria's luxury rides. She was friendly and fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond, and responded via text. Which I love and found extremely convenient. The bus had great seating that wrapped around and made it convenient for people to talk to one another. I managed to get 3 huge coolers on the bus, stocked with beverages and goodies. There was an iPod connection for music, and ice stations conveniently placed throughout the bus. Lee filled them with ice before we arrived. Which brings me to my next point. Lee and Jay were our AWESOME drivers. They BY FAR surpassed any of my expectations. They arrived EARLY, made extra stops, were so cool and friendly. I honestly want them to JOIN us on the bus next time, instead of drive because they seemed like instant friends!!!! Lee stopped at my house, at a gas station to use the restroom on the way to New Braunfels, Buckees for snacks, and quickly for an intoxicated rider on the way home. Oooops :) not once did he complain, he just went with the flow. We also had a person come to the bus late, and make us run over a bit on our time. He didn't make a fuss about it. Continued to handle the situation with class l, and a smile on his face. Smoothed everything over in order to make sure we were having fun!!!! Was quoted time between 9-9:15pm and if the driver could get there earlier he would give us a call. Driver arrived at 8:30pm with no call/heads up. The driver did not greet us until after 5minutes of us waiting outside of limo and had to wave him down. As we get into the limo we realize it was not cleaned from the previous party. Cups with beverages everywhere with lipstick stains on cups and no ice. Normally I'd be more understanding but during covid that was not acceptable. As we pull out of the neighborhood the driver ended up going the wrong direction and claimed the GPS was not working so I guided him. Upon arrival we ended up getting stuck at the entrance of hula hut on lake Austin but the driver was able to get out after 5 minutes. We had dinner and the driver asked us to meet him up the hill since we got stuck entering. As he was exiting he ends up getting stuck. We draw attention from people walking by and the owners of the restaurant so people offered to help push to get the limo through. The driver was on the phone (what I assumed was he was calling the limo company). Find out from Karen that it was not the case and this issue was not reported from the driver. Waited about 45 minutes outside in the cold with my family while the limo was trying to get out. Typically other limo services will call a nearby driver or just let us know to uber instead and refund you the hours. Not this company. There were people on the street, on top and inside the limo that were not part of our party trying to help get the limo out which was extremely kind but becomes a liability. We finally got out and the driver drove extremely fast to get us home, sped at least 20 over and took toll roads. My family was terrified during the ride home which made this a terrible experience. I did my part and reported the issue to the main office and spoke to Karen. I have not received a refund for that last wasted hour standing in the cold outside with my family or even a simple apology for the terrible experience. So if you're going to any of those restaurants, I do not recommend taking a limo into the parking lot. I also wouldn't recommend this limo service to anyone. We were simply trying to have a good experience as a family and were put in danger several times in just 3 hours. Update: spoke to Karen over the phone and she was very disrespectful. She said "you should have told the driver about the dirty cups." First of all, those cups should not have been there. I did inform the driver about the cups and nothing was done about it, thought it was pretty common to know limos are suppose to be cleaned out after each party but I guess not for this company. I mentioned I left this review and she quickly asked when and where I wrote it. Just save your time and money, book anywhere else and I'm sure you will have much better service and an overall experience. :)
