Their lack of attention to detail created a serious billing problem. They referenced the company I work for instead of the nonprofit organization I represent in there billing. Our beloved mother…read morepassed away and we needed three limousines to chauffeur our large family between service locations throughout the day. Their drivers arrived well ahead of the scheduled time, were friendly, professional and inexplicably patient! One of our family members required wheelchair assistance and our driver did everything humanly possible to make sure that she was safe and comfortable. They also made complementary bottles of chilled water available to us since the weather was quite warm that day. Since family members from four (4) different states travelled here to attend the funeral, they were not acquainted with the traffic patterns here in San Diego. So, having such a dependable company handle all of our transportation needs TRULY eliminated tons of stress! Our entire family wishes to say, "Thank you!" to Royalty Limousine San Diego for their stellar service. We would gladly recommend your company to anyone at anytime!
