The mis-information influenced my purchase of this product. Since placing my refund I have continued to get inaccurate information regarding the status and ETA for my refund. In addition, follow up communication that I was told I would receive never happened. One incident was an escalation to a Supervisor who was supposed to contact me and never did. I am still waiting on my refund of almost $700 and currently being told to just wait. This is after being told on 4/14/2025 that I should receive my refund on their standard timeframe. When I called back after not seeing the money returned to me, they said the billing team was behind and that it might be 7-10 business days or longer.
