Worst experience I've ever had with any Tax office. A lack of communication especially with Fabian. We had contact back and forth then radio silence for weeks. I've called and reached out via text. I was in a very real situation and needed help. He said he could do everything I needed and never got back to me. Not only was this unprofessional but flat out rude. I also reached out asking if he could still help me after 3 weeks of no responses I would've been fine if he said no.
