I have been an Orozco client for 4 years now. Anthony Orozco is always available and very professional. Hes quick and efficient in any of your tax or notary needs. Well priced. His office is clean and well organized. Free parking. Thank you for the consistent great customer service. Highly Recommend! read more

Anthony Answered my calls on the last day of the year when my tax person was closed. I actually called twice and both times was able to get clear concise answers-to my business tax related questions-and put me at ease with my decisions to save on taxes and to help clarify my large equipment purchases for 2024. Thank you Anthony! read more

Albert Orozco is an amazing person when doing my taxes with and he is extremely honest and I strongly recommend him from my experience and he gives it his best read more

DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE! These people do not know what they're doing and will only rip you off and give you attitude . Extremely unprofessional. I filed for 2015 to ALSO receive a letter from the IRS saying I owed them money . Basically same scenario from the person below me. I went in to only get attitude from these people . FYI please note how an employee takes time to respond to negative reviews with attitude instead of trying to investigate and make the situation better. Hence the worst customer service and lack of professionalism. UPDATE: Alberto O. has of coarse as expected sent me a private message harassing me to remove my review . Have blocked him and also written to the IRS to the report this scam. read more

Very professional and efficient to explain any question or concerns. I'm very happy and satisfied with her .

Anthony is very experienced with tax code, professional, polite, and great to talk to. He knows all the ins and outs of taxation. When H&R block told me I owed the IRS $6,000, I immediately went to Anthony to get his opinion. He was able to get me a refund of $1,000. I have been working with him ever since. read more

Friendly environment, personnel are nice and very helpful as much as they could. Place is clean and well situated with parking

Yo llame para un estimado y los precios son muy altos a parte que están caros me tuvieron en espera por mucho tiempo la verdad no me gusto la espera, por lo menos me hubieran tomado mi número de teléfono para que me regresaran la llamada por cortesía. No recomiendo a nadie ahí.

I've gone to Orozco's a few times. They are relatively helpful. I've never had an issue as far as getting anything done. However, I give them 3 stars only because upon answering my phone call, they'll put me on hold for extended period of time and eventually hang up. Super frustrating. Especially when it's a simple question such as setting an appointment. Not sure if it's a reception issue or they're simply too busy. read more

My uncle actually told me about this place & I have been coming here for 3 years straight now and never have i had a problem! Anthony is very quick and professional. I recommend this place to anyone if you stay near by! (: read more

Orozco Professional Services - Notaries Near Me - Maywood, California

I have been coming to Anthony for almost my entire adulthood and not once has he been unprofessional or inconsiderate. He's very mindful and helpful. I am almost positive it was not Anthony who helped this customer. His sister's business is a completely different story. It's no wonder why Anthony's business is always booming. I doubt so many people would trust him with such important documents if he wasn't any good at his job. In addition, all these people keep coming back to him. They are not one time customers. If anyone has bashed this businesses it's projection. I usually don't care to comment, especially on yelp but I will not let such a great business be bashed this way. When I see one star reviews I'll usually check this person's profile to see how credible they are and sure enough this is the type of profile that is on here to give out mostly one stars. That is not what yelp is for. It's to help out other people in our community. This one star lie isn't helpful. It's hurtful to our community. So many people have overlooked this businesses over one bad (untrue) comment, have probably gone elsewhere and have gotten taken advantage of. Don't believe one comment or review. Do your own research. Call the business yourself, check it out yourself. read more

I've been coming here for about 3 years I believe, and have not had any issues. Just make sure you call ahead so you can be on the list

If you live locally around Maywood and need a good, affordable notary, Anthony is a good choice. He has notarized a few documents for my parents and has done a great job. Good communication! read more

Do not and I repeat DO NOT go to this place to get your taxes done. I had done my taxes there for 5 years and I trusted them but in 2016 I did my taxes for 2015 and they had me out of there in less then 10 min because they had a lot of people and that year i had gotten back more money then any other year (but like i said i trusted them). But boy was i wrong.... This year i got a letter from the irs and it said that i owed them. To make a story short they put stuff on my taxes that they shouldnt have and when i went to them for help the owner was a total snob she didnt even know how to read the irs latter and that her job!!!! read more

I absolutely love this place! Anthony has been doing my taxes for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my documents. I have many deductions with the buying and selling homes, working on my masters degree, charity contributions, work related expenses, and he's always found a wait to take care of me when it came time for tax season. I'm very grateful for his experience and truly appreciate him taking care of me. I know they can be busy, but like a restaurant with a one hour wait, if people are waiting that long you know their doing something right! Orozco's is truly worth the wait. read more

Albert is an excellent tax preparer he is professional and accurate me and my husband plan on going to him for our income taxes and other services! read more

The worse customer service I have ever had.. they have me waiting for more then 1 hour for something so simple. I wouldn't recommend them.. I went 3 blocks down the street and they offer me something way better with great customer service.. I wouldn't even rate them a star!!!! read more

anthony seemed to not know what he was doing. i seemed to understand why i needed what i did, top it off paid double than original over the phone price of 15 i knew i should've went to the recommended place than here just because it was closer read more

Anthony Orozco is a rip off! Unnecessary charges and horrible customer service. He lost a customer of 10 years for being greedy. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately yelp doesn't allow me to give 0 stars or I would. read more

I have always had a really good experience doing my taxes with Anthony. Yive been going for 4 years. Hes always done a great job. Any letter I later received from the irs, he always filled out and took care of. read more

The customer service of this place has never been exceptionally high. Don't honor their quoted prices. Wait is horrendous and it doesn't help when their workers are late. Play raunchy, Spanish, religious music. Don't get me wrong; I like music in Spanish and religious music but I feel it's personal and doesn't need to be blasted at a place of business (INAPPROPRIATE). You're not going to convert any of your clients. The business has really gone downhill since the owner passed (R.I.P). read more

This is probably the only place I would recommend anyone to do their taxes and notarized documents! Great customer service and their prices are unbeatable! Satisfied customer :) read more
