We have been purchasing our plane tickets from their agency for more than a decade, and honestly…read morehad never had a problem with them before. Previously I called and spoke to Mario, and gave him specific flights I needed, I went in and paid for them, and days later I noticed that the days were completely different which explained why he offered me a cheaper price than what I had seen on the airline page previously. I had decided to call them and purchase the tickets instead of going through their page because I wanted to make sure everything was right. I called him and he was able to refund me part of the money, since it was his mistake but apparently I need to cover $100 per ticket ($300) which is their fee for the mistake unless they approve a waiver, which it's been a couple of weeks and they still haven't approved. Think it's pretty unfair of his part if I called him with SPECIFIC DAYS and TIMES! And after repeating that specific information continuously, he still managed to book the wrong flights. And he still tells me I'm lucky they refunded me the tickets. I only needed a refund because of his mistake. Will no longer be doing business with them.

But the airline and online booking sites could not understand that and they wouldn't let us book a flight for my son because he looked like he was unaccompanied on his flight back to the US just because I had already booked my flight. And I was buying his ticket separately. The airlines were of no use. And then I remembered that there's travel agents. I called Dynasty. I talked to Jason. He totally got the situation quickly. I was able to explain all the nuances of the type of flight I wanted the multiple legs and different people coming and leaving and our minor situation and he got it all sorted in record time.
