I had decided to call them and purchase the tickets instead of going through their page because I wanted to make sure everything was right. I called him and he was able to refund me part of the money, since it was his mistake but apparently I need to cover $100 per ticket ($300) which is their fee for the mistake unless they approve a waiver, which it's been a couple of weeks and they still haven't approved. Think it's pretty unfair of his part if I called him with SPECIFIC DAYS and TIMES! And after repeating that specific information continuously, he still managed to book the wrong flights. And he still tells me I'm lucky they refunded me the tickets. I only needed a refund because of his mistake. Will no longer be doing business with them.
