Good communication for scheduling appt's and service tech arrivals at the job. Really bad at follow through and fixing the problem. I had 2 heating zones in my home that were not heating. I met with James and he made it sound like an easy fix. Service techs (not James) showed up on time a couple days later and were very nice and respectful. They replaced 2 zone valves. One zone worked immediately. They could not get the other one to work. They told me to leave it on overnight and see if it would start up but it didn't. I called the office the next day and explained to the girl that it was still not working. She said she would talk to James and call me back that same day. I never heard from them again. Nothing! Also, when I called for the original appt. I asked the girl how they charged for service and she told me they charged $100 for the diagnosis but they would apply it to the charges if they did the work. They did not. They charged me $300 for two zone valve installations and added $100 on top of that. $400 total. Very expensive for 2 zone valves. I definitely would not recommend them! read more

Got the work done that I had requested but there's no way to get ahold of the techs directly (even though their business cards have numbers). And the owner promised multiple times that he'd follow up on an unresolved issue and put a quote together for a concern the tech had pointed out. Never heard anything more despite sending the pics he had requested. There's basically zero customer service once the work is completed. read more

A Plumbing Service that actually answers their phone. Rare when trying to get someone to come out and look at your plumbing issue. VIP Plumbing was very courteous and helpful. Have crossed all other plumbing services off the list and will only contact VIP Plumbing in the future. read more

This business installed a new $1,300 water softener for me, and aside from the labor, they charged me $3,500 for the softener. When questioned about the $2,200 difference, I was told is was actually for their master plumber expertise, but their warranty, their insurance, the fact that they actually had to pay more than the retail price from their supplier, the salt that they put into the softener, and on and on.. In conclusion, the owner advised me that the State of Colorado Plumber's Board has given him the right to charge whatever he wants for his services, just like a doctor. read more

VIP Plumbing came to my house when I requested estimates from them for several projects I wanted done. Unbeknownst to me, they charge $100 for an estimate. I've had several estimates done by other companies because I own rental property. Not one of those other companies charged for an estimate. In addition, although the owner claims to be a master plumber, I wasn't impressed by his knowledge. Stay away from this company! read more

I had a huge water leak spring out from under my sink one evening and after I got the water valves turned off and I dried off, I called James at 9pm. I was fully expecting to be told they were booked for the weeks following. He was friendly, helpful, and true to his word, came with his partner Robert the very next morning to assess the problem and give me an estimate. They were professional, replaced all the damaged pipes and parts in less than 2 hours, and the charge was exceptionally reasonable. They even advised me who to call to dry out the flooded interior and the exterior walls to prevent a mold issue. I've never had such competent, friendly, and speedy service in all my years of living in a 65year-old home. Believe me, I've had my share of inept, local trades people working to fix various "old house issues" since the mid-'80s. Dont hesitate to call them. Youll be very satisfied with their work!
