A friend recommended Fahrenheit Enterprises to me. We are new to the area and didn't really know who to go with. I did get three bids and this was by far the most reasonable for a split-unit HVAC system. What I liked most was that Ryan always was very prompt in all communications and followed through with anything we talked about. His installers were very professional and courteous. They also were very thorough in explaining how to best use the system without any hiccups. We love the system so far but have not used the AC but the have used heaters which is a bonus if you don't want to heat your whole house but just one room. It is super quiet and does a great job!! communication and follow up services are nonexistent. installed two huge condensers, directly blowing at my back door. one unit functioned for about two weeks and then stopped functioning on Christmas Eve. the main part of my home has been unheated for the past six weeks. very poor service overall. owner is not actively engaged in the business. sales person and installers were nice... but I'm blown away.. as an old lady that there's no concern about attending to this significant issue ... they'll call and check on where your money is... but not make much attempt to return calls or emails if you're unhappy read more

Did not have heat for 3 days and nights in this snow climate ! Called Fahrenheit ! Came out next day !! James was great ! Apparently my furnace heater hadn't had filter changed in awhile! So I was not even getting heat ! James came and vacuumed out furnace and now I have heat and haven't had heat blowing like that since I have lived here since July !! Good price !! Called Fahrenheit for a heating problem we were having. They answered the phones right away and were able to come out in just 2 days. The tech that was sent was very nice and fixed the problem fast but, no 5 stars though because charge $100 travel fee! I live 7.8miles away from their office. Seriously?! $100?! That is outrageous.
