Extremely professional, punctual, guaranteed repairs, highly skilled, I'd risk saying Geary is overqualified, however, he is the business owner. Jan, the office manager was knowledgable, efficient, very friendly. we had extensive repairs to a 30+ year old Sub-Zero refrigerator-replacing the compressor, drained and replaced the refrigerant (a refrigerant that is no longer used and has to be sent off for processing post consumer). It was labor intensive, and not cheap, but the value for the money spent repairing exceeded the cost. I had already spent several hundred dollars on a previous service call from a different repair company which did not solve the problem (replaced the thermostat). When Geary noticed ice build up in a specific area, he knew it was not the thermostat, but the compressor. In addition to the refrigerator repair, I complained that the propane gas range also was still performing poorly despite a previous service call and repair. He was able to repair that instantly-removed the regulator gauges for natural gas. Highly recommended! read more

I called Geary in a pickle because I'm house sitting for my brother and the washer busted, with loads of sheets needing to be done to prepare for Air BnB guests. He came out within hours, diagnosed the problem and advised against repair when compared with the cost of a replacement. I agreed that it makes more sense to buy a new washer. Geary didn't charge me for the visit, though I would have been grateful to pay. Honesty, top notch service and bailing out a lady in need. This guy demonstrates integrity and generosity in business.
