I called their number to pay the invoice and I was told there's an additional tax, hidden fee of $21 for paying with check or money order and the amount on the invoice is for paying with cash only. The driver never mentioned the invoice was cash price or the additional charge neither did the receptionist when I requested service. That's the most expensive credit card fee or "additional tax" I have ever paid anywhere. Serrano won't get another chance to fleece me, I will take my business elsewhere.

Micah and Allie, the technicians were very nice and professional, I am giving a 3 star rating because the business did not follow through with their warranty. I contacted them on day 12 of the 14 day warranty as I wanted to see how many spots returned before contacting them - it seemed that 90% of the spots returned.
