Bob's has been working on our " new to us " refrigerator twice now. Reasonable price for parts and quick service.

I went in because I had a part on my heating system that had failed. A fan would not run because the thero protector fuse was blown. The gentleman found another type of fuse that would work and he soldered it in. A replacement fan was over $250. I installed it and it operates perfectly. These guys are awesome. read more

For about 3 months I have been dealing with my WORKING washer having some Digital issues with the cycle not working properly( we are a family of 6 ) ( still under warranty ) Whirlpool is the worst to get parts in for your machines. Whirlpool created a Service ticket for Bob's place to come a service my washer and gave me an estimated time ( in 3 weeks ) to have Bob's place come out and fix the Digital issue. So I CALLED the day before Service technician is supposed to come out to see what time they would be coming. So I can make sure I'm home . I spoke with a lady at Bob's and she said I received and email awhile back with your name and number on it to set up service but no ticket number. ( you think she would've reached out to me ) . I gave her the Service ticket number. She said she was going to check into it and call me back . 4 days later ( I still haven't heard anything ) I CALLED her back . She said oh yeah , I can send A technician out to take a look at the end of next week. So the end of next week came around. I CALLED she said yeah Tanner will be your technician that will be out today to take a look . Tanner came that afternoon. He evaluating said it's definitely something digital I'll have to call whirlpool and order a part. Ok. So another week goes by I CALLED Bob's again for an update ... they said let me check on this for you . I wait a few days I CALLED back AGAIN . Nikki explained to me that Whirlpool is slow at sending them parts. The part is scheduled to be in at the end of the week . I had explain to her and asked her why am always calling to get updates on what is going on ? Why can't they call me a give an update? She said she will reach out to Tanner. I CALLED AGAIN at the end of the week . They said your part is here . Tanner will be out in a couple of days . Tanner calls me a few days later and tells me he can come out the next day. He did come out the next day took apart the washer to fix it . He could not fix it ... he said he's going to have to order another part ... he also said he is unable to get it working AT ALL... (I had a working washer now I don't) So I asked him if he had a washer that I could use in the mean time because with it not working , this wasn't whirlpools issue or my issue , it's the Service technician that worked on it . He said he would have to speak with Nikki. ( this was a Friday ) I CALLED Nikki Monday morning and she said spoke with Tanner and ordered another part it's scheduled to be there Wednesday. I asked her about a working washer in the mean time since Tanner left me with a washer that wasn't working is there one that they have that I could use I don't care what it looks like as long as it works ... I'm a family of 6 and that I have an autistic son I can NOT take him to the laundry mat. She said there was nothing she could do for me but send 2 technicians out to look at the washer since Tanner couldn't figure what he did to the washer. Here it is Thursday evening I called Bob's appliance this morning with no answer. read more
