What was assumed as a cut and dry process to prepare for a new set of owners turned into quite an ordeal to get the system up to county codes with access to a distribution box. Ball Septic, both in the field and in the office, worked hard to make it happen and mitigate additional costs. They were efficient and effective in their execution and worked to ensure the quality of the service they provided. They made everything better in the end. Thank you, Ball Septic. I would highly recommend them for your septic system needs.

This is a dishonest business that will steal your money. I paid $300 to Superior Septic (RM…read moreInnovations Inc) for the twice a year maintenance for our septic system. The check was cashed in June 2025 but then they never came out to check our septic system. I contacted them for over a month between July and August 2025 to see when they would complete the maintenance visit. I called and left voicemails, texted and emailed and it took 6 weeks to get a response. Eventually I said I just I needed a refund and finally I heard from Char with Superior Septic. She told me that Superior had come out and talked to my husband because we had low alarm levels. That never happened. My husband had never talked to them and we work from home and knew they had never come to our house. When I pushed back and said that never happened, she tried to describe the location of my house and where our septic system is, and it was incorrect. If any of that story was true, it was not for our house or septic system. I requested a refund at the end of August and Char agreed to provide one. It is now November, and Superior is ignoring all my attempts to contact them. However, when I called from a different number, Char picked up right away and then told me she had mailed a check "months ago" and would "check with their accountant and get back to me". Of course, that was another lie and she didn't call me back or respond to my follow up attempts to contact them. Oh and by the way- their periodic report is delinquent with the state of Colorado as of February 2025 and therefore they are operating their business illegally. Do not do business with these dishonest people.

David (the owner and manager) was there for me instantly. (Although the previous owner of this business had a poor recommendation, David proved to be a five star choice!) Not only did he check out my home immediately, but he also began the drying out and restoration process as well. The flood occurred 3 weeks before my summer visit. He welcomed the challenge to remove everything that could lead to mold, dry the premises, work with my insurance company intensely (detailed documentation included), have a new floor installed and have it ready for me to move in before I arrived! His subcontractors are the best (including the Cleaning lady who worked until midnight). He coordinated everything perfectly. David always answered the phone or returned my call (or text) immediately (including after hours emergencies). His estimates were exact (unless otherwise stated regarding contingencies) and there were no games financially. He's a great guy as well. I recommend David and CARE without reservation!"
