She said they were open for grooming and nail clippings I explained to her that my dog has had several bad experiences with nail clippings being too short causing him to bleed, but she did not seem to care that he was scared of his nails getting trimmed. JoAnn called me to set up a time for her to come all the way to my house in the Kenmore area to clip my fur baby's nails from her place of business. It was so wonderful to have someone come to my home and trim my fur baby's nails, after searching for a month, and have him not even be bothered. There is something to be said about a dog being completely comfortable with someone they do not know trimming their nails. She did a fantastic job trimming my dog's nails and she treated him very well. I will definitely have her come by again to do nail trimmings or even travel up to her. I don't think five stars is enough to give her, I think it is +! Thank you for coming by, being so good to my old guy, and doing such a great job!!

We have boarded our dog many times at other kennels all over the US and never had problems until we used this place. The minimum of care. Our dog came home hoarse from barking. Her blanket was shredded and had been washed but had fleas on it that then infested our car. She had been washed with smelly flea shampoo and was still wet when we picked her up. She is an arctic breed and rarely needs to be bathed. If you have your hair done next door you can hear the dogs constantly crying. It is cruel and heartbreaking.
