This place is ok at best I would not recommended it on the week ends they have sub standard help and do not honor reservations

I live across the street and this is my third attempt at trying to support this place. There is no cell service and the WiFi is very weak. Most of the time it is unavailable. Even when I make an appointment, I have to wait. I will g back to City Nails even though it is not as convinirnt. read more

Got a pedicure and it was well worth it! New favorite place. Great job for a great price. It was busy so shows they have good service.

I highly recommend VIP Nails, Their's facility is nice and clean. As for technician Annie, yanni and Jimmy they do best job. You have to check them out. read more

We were a little leery because of the not great reviews, but my girlfriend and I thought this place was great! Great atmosphere, clean, professional, reasonable prices, very fancy massage chairs and a beautiful pedicure. What else could you want? read more

I have been coming to the desert for 4 or 5 years now and have always used VIP nails. I have had one or two times it was not 100% great but the polish always lasted about 3 weeks before chipping (I get gel manicures). This last time I went I thought it was a good experience. Fast, efficient, they helped me find the color I wanted and matched my fingers and toes. All was well until three days later I had one nail I saw had completely chipped and 3 others were starting. I went back and told them and they were nice they filed the polish on all then put another coat of polish and a top coat. And they completely redid the one that was fully chipped. All free of charge. Again I though all was great! Until today (1 day after getting them fixed) my nail has chipped AGAIN! I have a dinner to go to tonight and no time to fix this. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be going back here. They should be getting one star from me but because I hade good service in the past I am giving 3. read more

I was very happy with the manicure and pedicure at VIP Nails. Both Jackie and Kelly were very professional and did an excellent job. I will be returning in the future while I am in the desert. read more

I should have known better than go in when I saw the owner who looked like Imelda Marcos in her green one sided shoulder strap jumpsuit. The sign clearly said 25 dollars for pedicure, gel coat 5 dollars. When I was getting ready to pay, she said 50 dollars for gel pedicure and 35 dollars for gel manicure. What a rip off. The guys who did my nails were nice but I will not be going back. So if you want gel pedicure its double the price.. and its a secret till you are ready to pay. read more

Had a horrible experience here. Awful manicure and paint job was reckless. Do not recommend .

Cool so came here at 6:30 and they close at 7 but I figured the close at 7 right, WRONG. The guys says "what can I get for you?" And I'm like um mani and pedi and then he says oh sorry all of our employees left early. seriously?! You're not even closed yet and why the hell did you ask me what can you get for me if you can get me literally nothing anyways since your entire staff left? Stupid and not coming back read more

Walked in and was never greeted the women who's a manager there just asked "what do you want?"... others who walked in were greeted and asked if they wanted water and sat them down right away. Went in for a gel full set and the person who did my nails did not cut my cuticle and left a lot of air bubbles on my nails. I've been coming here for a few yrs and it keeps getting worse all the time. Today was the last time for me. read more

I've tried 6 different places and was having a hard time finding the best place to get my nails done after moving here from Scottsdale. This is by far the best place in the valley. Justin is amazing....Thank you for great nails again! read more

I got burned, literally, with the nail drill while getting a fill. So much that I screamed out loud. Also, I told the gal I wanted short nails and they were too long. She said she needed them long and will file them down. When they were still too long I got an eye roll, heavy breathing and an attitude reflected in her filing down my nails. I have had this fill for 4 days and the white is coming up from the sides making the manicure look old. I don't imagine I will go one week with these nails, big waste of time and money. read more

What a piece of joke this place. I am never going back. They do horrible work, don't even listen how I wanted my nails done. And I paid like a idiot 52 dollars for what? I could have done a better nails. read more

Visiting from Minnesota and it's nice to find a salon that will take care of my needs. Steven was my nail tech and he did a great job. Fast efficient and personable. read more

I've been coming to this place for 1 yr. my nail lady is the besttttt. Unfortunately, I won't ever come back here again. The owner is RUDE AND I feel she doesn't appreciate her employees. I gave her a compliment about my nail lady, totally ignored me. Couple times I've thanked the owner not once replied back just totally ignores me. This last time I went was the last straw. I will not be coming back. But I will surely miss my nail lady! read more

I am "snowbird", but now own a place in La Quinta. We rented for almost 15 years before we bought. I've been going to VIP Nails since the first year we came here. Everyone I've ever had has done a super job. The last several years Yannie has done my nails and pedis. I can't praise him enough. My nails are always perfect and the massages that accompany his pedis are divine. Besides that he's funny and a joy to visit with. read more

There are many nail/pedicure salons in the valley as we all know. However, one salon and it's proprietors and staff stand out among the best. VIP Nails in Indio are a cut above the rest. Prices are very reasonable. Yanni is an excellent technician who is personally pleasant and can create artistic creations on nails as well. Jackie, another favorite, is dedicated to her clients wishes and always welcomes them back. Both are warm and friendly and talented in their craft. The owners of VIP Nails make you feel very welcome and want to you to become a special part of the salon's family.. read more

I love going to VIP Nails! I especially love the nail technician I see regularly, Yanni! He does amazing artwork on my toes when I go in for a pedicure! The prices are also very reasonable and the salon is always very clean. I definitely recommend this nail salon! read more

Didn't spend longer than 20 seconds in this place. My husband and I walked in, asked how long the wait is for two pedicures and two Brow waxes and the guy behind the counter said "We don't have time for you." That's not the question I asked. I turned around and walked out. I can't imagine that their services are any better than their customer service. Money spent at Bellaggio Nails Salon is far better spent than at this dirty and rude establishment. read more

If I could give a lower rating I would! So I have been a loyal year round not seasonal patron of this nail salon for over 10 years and to the same nail person for the past 6 years. I called on Saturday and scheduled an appointment at 4 pm today Monday because I learned when I tried to schedule for Friday my day off that my girl will be out of the country so the owner who made the appointment said that I could do it at 4 pm today with my girl because was leaving on Tuesday. So I leave work early by 3 hours to make my nail appointment. When I get there I am told by the same owner that my appointment isn't with my usual girl because she already has a client. So when I said wait I took off early from work, now minus hours and money - because you made this appointment for me with my usual girl. He tried to tell me I didn't schedule it with her to which I said well then why did I know she was going out of the country - you and I had that discussion on Saturday when I booked it. Then he tries to tell me I just made the appointment today which was a boldface lie. So he tells me I can have someone else and oh what I want to have done which only she does I can have someone else do a different type of manicure ! Wrong ! So we have words and I end up having another person do my pedicure and then my girl does my manicure! He charged me the regular amount - he should have discounted me. He makes a big deal to how great the other woman was for allowing my girl to do my manicure ! Really ????? You double booked my girl and since it was open on Saturday that means I was the first person who booked the time slot ! So although it's not fair to my girl - I have t really consider whether to cont bye going there ! NOT THE WAY TO TREAT LOYAL YEAR ROUND CUSTOMERS!!! read more

I having been going to VIP Nails since 2015. The salon is clean, cheerful and everyone speaks great English. Vanessa, the owner, is very charming and friendly. Her staff is well trained and they offer full salon services. Kristy and Ann are really fantastic. Both of them always give me great service. Kristy does my pink & white nails exactly the way I like them. She works fast and and is so professional! She is very consistent and I know I will always pleased. Ann does my pedicures and is very gentle. I had bunion surgery on both feet last summer and she was so careful not to cause me any pain. Her massages are the best! I highly recommend VIP Nails in La Quinta... be sure to ask for Kristy and Ann! Eileen from Mountain View. read more

Horrible. I've been coming here when in town for several years but today I had the roughest pedi ever even after asking for Kelly to be more gentle. Too bad. I'll be looking for a new salon. read more

I've been getting my nails done here for the past year with Justin. He is very detail oriented and I always leave with perfect nails. I get compliments all the time. The salon is pretty and clean with friendly staff. read more

High quality and reasonable fees. We spend a few weeks here each winter and VIP Nails for a pedicure is always one of my first stops. I have been a customer since 2010 and have always had a great experience. All the staff are proficient and my favorite is Yen. A very popular place read more

When we are in town, I always come here for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I always try to get Jackie Nyugen. She is wonderful--so professional, accommodating, and is beautiful with a gorgeous smile! She is definitely a Five Star manicurist who makes you feel as though you are her best friend! read more

Omg! I've been looking for a great nail salon in the desert for years and I've finally found the best! State of the art sanitizing equipment (medical grade!), talented staff, comfortable, clean massage pedicure chairs and spa-like services (warm stone massage, foot and leg scrubs) included with the manicure or pedicure! This is my third visit and I won't go anywhere else! Thank you Vanessa and everyone! read more

After being a long time customer of 2 years I will never be back. The owner is very rude she had the nerve to ask me if I took a nail polish from my visit before. I did not do such a thing but the nerve of her to even assume is just terrible. They are overpriced, so now I have gone else where and am saving money. I have sent many customers to them, but she now has lost their business as well!!! read more

I've been coming here for a few months now and my experiences have just never been great. The place is extremely overpriced and the quality of service does not reflect the high prices. They also nickel and dime customers over pretty much everything they can. My most recent experience was the worst. I typically get gels, but once or twice a year go without to let my nails breathe. So at my latest appointment, I asked for a regular manicure, so that I could let my nails refresh for a couple of weeks, and a pedicure. When I went to pay the bill I was shocked to see that they were charging me $5 for "gel removal." I have never been charged for that in any salon I've ever frequented before. There is also a guy who goes around offering neck and shoulder massages, but doesn't inform customers until afterwards that the cost is $15 - so some get caught into thinking it is just a complimentary perk being offered. I won't be returning. read more

Cindy at VIP Nails rocks it! This salon was busy, busy and run efficiently and thoughtfully with the customer in mind. After a horrible experience at JK Nails I was on the hunt less than 10 days after service and stumbled upon this salon. The man I assume to be the owner was friendly, did not push or try to upsell me on anything. He was gracious and seated me right away. Offered a bottle of water which is complimentary and it was nice to be able to understand as many salons are hard to break the language barrier. Cindy did a beautiful job on my nails which had to be completely removed and started over. Beautiful work. And then I asked if she had time for a pedicure, what the heck, what's 10 days between pedis? And she rocked it even more. I have found a new nail salon who is interested in a clientele and not just a walk out the door after collecting money. And I'm a great tipper, these gals who tip $2.00 for a great job should be sitting on those stools, lets see where tips go after that. Girls work long hours for little...Thank you Cindy and VIP Nails read more

Been going to Vip for several years now. I'm never disappointed. Ann is patient, kind and takes pride in her work. Always a pleasure to go there read more

Tina gave me a gel manicure. It looked nice but appeared thin. Other salons used 3 coats, which lasted several weeks, but she insisted 2 was enough and would last at least 2 weeks. By a few days, a couple nails started to lift. I spoke to the owner who said to come back. All Tina would do (claiming this is all the owner said to do) was to buff one of the nails, coat it over, and seal it. She refused to do anything for the other nails. The one redo cracked off the next day and the rest were showing wear within a week. Because her attitude was unpleasant and unwilling to be service oriented, I won't be returning. read more
