Until March I paid every single month despite the clubs being closed because they claim "that´s the law" and since I´m not german I kind of have to accept it. Now in June I´m being charged again, even though I have a confirmation that everything was cancelled in March. I wrote multiple times to the customer service but the only thing I get is a pre-made texts and a lot of bs not related to my situation. I dont recomend this scam to anybody but if you dont speak native german, this place is not for you because they will trap you in the exist.

I loved the place so much that signed up 6 month contract. Shortly after, my stay in Germany was cut short and I couldn't attend. Noexcuses reps were very nice and understood my situation and cancelled the contract. As I learnt from them - be careful what you are signing and committing to a long term membership, especially if your visa in the country is temporary.
