Chris B. and his team were very slow, we almost lost the earners money 4K+ when they could not have the paperwork ready at closing. I think they did it on purpose to hook us up with the worst mortgage terms possible: high interest and a clause to pay them 5% if we pay off in less than 5y. They also did not accept our Home Insurance company and forced us to get into their local home insurance company, which they paid upfront and we are forced to stay 4 months into. Terrible, terrible experience!!!
