Cut to last week, ground maintenance at work was using a weed whacker and whacked something at my car, breaking a window. (Sigh) The window I couldn't ignore. So I've known about this place for a while. Couple of weeks ago, I noticed that my windshield wiper fluid isn't coming out of the hole. I just assumed that I ran out of fluid. When I opened the front and checked, to my surprise, the windshield wiper fluid was full! I called R&R hoping to get a same day appointment, but it wasn't available. I had to work the next day, and the place wasn't going to be opened early enough for me to drop the car off AND make it to work in downtown. Cory (employee at R&R) was nice enough to let me drop off the car the day before and the car should be done by close of business the next day, when I stop by to pick it up. I received a call the next morning, only to realize that they were already done diagnosing the problem and will be working on the wheel alignment next and that the car will be ready by lunch! (YAYYY!!!!) I sent a friend to pick up a car, and since the person was designated during our call, he had no problem paying and taking the key. Oh, and I should mention! My car is one of those funky car that has windshield wiper in the back too! During my morning call with Cory, she communicated to me that that plug is stuffed up in the back too and that it will be fixed. (To be honest, I didn't even know that back windshield had wiper fluid hole! I spent good 30 minutes looking for it after the car was picked up.) They kept in contact with me to ensure that they'll have the parts on-hand once I received my rental car and can start repairs asap. Dropped off my car on a Monday and it was ready to go by Friday! I had a fender liner replacement, bumper replacement + paint, and fog light installation. Anything extra that may be needed (such as ordering a new emblem), they contacted me. They were super easy to communicate with and were very professional. Once I picked up my car, they had me check everything to ensure it was all good. It was fun talking to everyone here. They have a lot of experience and knowledge in repairing and maintaining vehicles, specializing in JDM cars, too.
