Amber asked me about the damage my car sustained, then proceeded to ignore that information as she snapped photos, leaving several damaged items off of her estimate, and actually specifying the wrong grille for my car (a difference of over $600 for that part alone) even though we discussed issues with my adaptive cruise control (the estimate CLEARLY marks the grille she spec'd as "NOT FOR VEHICLES WITH ADAPTIVE CRUISE..."). Then, three days later, she calls me to ask if I'd like an estimate done on my car, completely forgetting that she had just seen me a few days prior. She also never e-mailed me a copy of the estimate despite a promise to do so. As a result I now have to go through the process of getting ANOTHER estimate from ANOTHER shop and waiting for ANOTHER payment from the insurance company. I was considering having my car repaired here, but if they can't get the details right during the estimate, I don't trust them to fix the car properly. I call 45min later, they then put me on hold for 15min!! This is a small parts store with people working there they're only job is to ANSWER THE PHONE. No name gets back on the line and blames the warehouse!! I couldn't believe it. They had me waiting over 3 hours and still tried to deflect blame. I went to a competitor and they had me in, paid for and out in less than 10min. Just a reminder that sometimes its worth the $10 extra to go someplace that treats a customer fairly.

I can confidently say that after visiting the Chardon branch yesterday, I have full faith that every single 5-star review is well-deserved and accurate. I visited Reel's Auto to purchase a 2016 Ford F-150 from Micheal Ostello. He was more than gracious to me and my wife, answering any questions I had about the truck. He allowed me to take the truck for a few hours up to a Ford dealership so I could pay for my own inspection. When I came back and made a reasonable offer, Micheal and Dan did not hesitate to accept it and start the paperwork process to get me approved for a loan. Before I left, Micheal made sure to fill up the gas tank (about $100 in value) and program a second key fob for me (another $400 in value). I could not ask for better treatment from a dealership, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. My favorite part of visiting this dealership is that it is owned and operated by veterans who genuinely care about and give back to the community. Everyone who works here are down-to-earth and more than willing to sit down and just have a normal conversation about anything as opposed to the stereotypical auto salesman who simply wants to buy and sell at a profit. From my experience, this organization is one of the most genuine businesses I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and will most definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs and recommending them to anyone else.
