At the time, my car was due to participate in the Cleveland Piston Power Show, but unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic, that never came to fruition as the show was cancelled. Needless to say, after 3 days of having my car, Jonathan took my hard daily-driven and raced Charger with 70,000+ miles, ridden with scratches and swirl marks, and made her look simply incredible. After a little over a year and 25,000 miles since then, she still looks amazing today. The graphene coating is still doing it's job, protecting the paint's finish and gives it unbelievable clarity and shine. My last thought here is this: Jonathan's attention to detail and his work ethic when it comes to detailing a car the proper way is second to none. Cleanup and finished detailing left something to be desired. There was grit and pieces of old gasket from the old window removal inside the cab, dirty hand prints on the door exteriors, some adhesive on the inside driver window and outside passenger side verticle window frame that was not cleaned up. If the cleanup had been complete this would have been a 5 star review. I sent an email about the cleaning issues but have not gotten a response as of yet. UPDATE: Rich from Defender contacted me first thing this morning and apologized then offered to send out a tech today to finish up a 10 minute cleanup. I own a home remodeling company and in my opinion you can't do much better than that! Brand new to Concord! What a fantastic car wash! I'm quite a connoisseur of car washes and there's…read morealways pet peeves with each car wash and makes you not want to return. Mine is left over soap and not enough rinse water. So this is a conveyor car wash which has a flat track with these little stubby things called flights so there's no chance of your wheels getting damaged in the track conveyor. This means if you have a truck with wider tires or something with low profile like a Corvette you won't have any damage. There are two customer pay stations and a VIP all of them use license plate reader so if you have something this particular to your car it remembers your car. Typically car washes can run anywhere between 10 and $25 depending on level but if you go twice in a month the membership makes the most sense because you will easily come out ahead. I have the monthly membership for my truck and you get guided in they spray off the areas where bugs and dirt can hide and then off you go. I've never been through a car wash this long before it has two top rollers two sets of side wraps and a wheel scrubber and a ton of fresh water. My truck has some air scoops that soap constantly gets soaked in and never gets out and the hurricane of water that my car gets going through this wash completely removed all traces of soap. You then go through a drip dry and then the dryers. Once you're done you can go vacuum your car if you wish or what's cool is they have bins with these little detail towels so you can finish wiping off whatever water is left over. What's most interesting to me is the dual layer undercarriage wash. I really don't care for salt or winter loaded up on the end of side of my car so I'm very interested to see what this does this season. They also have a service that does hand washes and full-on details which I have not taken advantage of yet but I'll let you know when I do. There are four days for this. Welcome to Concord and I would encourage everyone to try this wash!
