So the kid proceeds to fill up my tank which I didn't ask for and I had jumped out to try and stop it and told them I want a refund for the car wash because they didn't discount it (no coupon deduction) and the "manager" Jacob stood with an attitude and told me no refunds - take it up with my cc company. They are scamming people left and right on gas and car wash by forcing purchases with no remedy in sight. Buyer beware!

I pulled up asked the young man that came to help me for a fill up, 4 rockstars, and a cartoon of LD red 100's. The young man said LD menthol, I said no the reds. He started the pump after I popped it open for him, as the gas was pumping he went inside to get my cigarettes, came out with the wrong carton as said "Shorts" I repeated LD red 100's. He then went back in and started to walk around between getting my beverages and finishing out the gas. All with the carton on his hand. It wasn't until he came out of the register hut and said the total and took my card and asked if I wanted a receipt. He came came back out at handed me the wrong carton of smokes and the wrong beverages he got me monsters not rockstars and when I said I asked for rockstars and LD red 100's. He went to go correct the error, and they were telling him what he usually does (which means this is not anywhere near the first time this young man has made an error) his co workers told him that was not how to use the register to correct the error. The next thing I know the Owner young man came out already heated, and accused me of not saying exactly what I needed correctly and started accusing of lying. He also said that he has had a problem with me before. Again I have been going there for almost 20 years and never had a problem. I even congratulated the young man when he told me that he bought into the business. I also told him that for what it is worth, I was proud of him. I have been acquainted with this young man since he was 16. Back to this evening, he continued to not only give me an attitude but then started shouting at other customers. All while still calling me a liar. Stating that he tends to beleive his employee that has something to loose, as where my only issue is I got berated and accused of being a liar, and am out $120 + until my bank gives me the money back because his employee wasn't paying attention to what I said, and charged me for the wrong items. Then I am the one that gets banned for supposedly being a liar. Which is no way to run a business. I could understand if I was being obnoxious or loud of swearing or being just a complete jerk. I even offered to move my car up to not block other customers. But some how I am in the wrong. What the young owner doesn't understand is that it wouldn't matter if he didn't ban me, after the way he was acting I would never go back there again. Their gas is always higher than anywhere else in the area, half the time they don't have what people need. I also have driven away with the wrong items before and just sucked it up. With the holidays upon us we all need every dime we have. I just hope that my money will be refunded as promised and further legal actions do not need to be made. The way that young man is acting towards customers was very aggressive and scary. So beware of going there, if you don't want to be accused of being a liar. And being threatened by the owner. Just never will I ever go back there and neither will any of the many friends I know that frequent there.

I used to send people there all the time because it was a great car wash and actually got your car really clean. Now, not so much. Every time i go there my car comes out only slightly cleaner than before. Im guessing the new owners took a successful car wash that was making a lot of money and tried to maximize profits by using poor quality chemicals, and reducing the water usage. I keep my cars really clean so I am aware of small details other people might not notice. If you purchase the $11 most expensive wash, they have reduced the water usage by eliminating 2 rinses that used to occur. There used to be one presoak, then rinse, then another presoak, then rinse. now there are two presoaks with no rinse in between. They also used to do two passes of the final spot free rinse. Now just one and it shows. You will see soap of "clear coat protectant" still on your mirror and windshield. One additional rinse would have taken care of this. It seems like Zappy's just likes to buy perfectly good car washes and turn them into cheap ripoffs.

They have to man the self pay station cuz it appears they built the self pay station too far away from where would make practical sense and you'd have to almost open your door and get out of the car to enact the South payability therefore that's why they have to pay a guy to stay out there and operate the self pay station It actually is a really good car wash I did get the $14 car wash and while $14 is really really pricey it is exceptionally good job of removing all the salt and soap from my car. One thing they don't have is a pre wash where a guy comes around with a wand and does a little spraying in the areas where their car wash is typically Miss. I think one of my favorite features of this car wash is that at the very end it has these large rotating towel things that they're really good job of buffing your car out. And as a bonus you get free vacuum usage at the end of your car wash so there's that. Coupled with a free towel which is pretty much useless but the air freshener is pretty cool are we coming back again
