I purchased a car a month ago at Vip autos. Franko the car sales person listened to my needs and concerns and found what I needed. I was very happy with the purchase, 2014 dodge charger but after taking it for a drive to work and coming down Lambs Canyon I heard and felt a vibration on the steering wheel and felt it when stepping on the brakes. I called Vip Autos and they told me to bring in the car. I dropped the car off, they checked it and said it was the abs brakes and thats how theyre supposed to sound since its a heavy car. So i wanted a second opinion so i took the car to the dodge dealer and they checked it they told me the rotors were warped. I called Vip autos and they said to bring the car back, so I take it back and show them the receipt and inspection from the dodge dealer and they said they were going to have Ramonas tire check it since they're business partners with them. So I leave the car there early in the morning and I get a call from VIP Autos around 4pm and they tell me the car was ready, they told me the rotors were warped and they had resurfaced them. First of all, they lied to me, they said that it was the abs breaks and it was heavy car. Second, I had to pay Dodge dealer $60 to check the car and tell me it was not the abs brakes. Third, the rotors should of been replaced before selling me the car, I shouldn't of had to dealt with figuring out what was wrong with the car. They are supposed listen to the customer and offer great customer service to make customers come back and buy another car or refer friends again. I would not reccomend anyone to purchase a car from this place. Especially if you're a woman these guys talk to you like you're a child don't trust these guys!! They look so kind when u first meet them but as soon as u purchase the car and tell them something is wrong with the car they don't want to hear it. They were pointing the finger at Ramonas tire because they're the ones that inspect all theyre cars prior to putting them on the lot. How funny is that. Ramonas tire told us that they told Vip Autos and documented that the rotors needed to be raplaced, but instead of getting new rotors, Richard from vip autos told him to not put new rotors to resurface them only. My car is now making a squeaky sound when i push the break. The rotors will soon get hot again since I drive down the hill on Lambs Canyon everyday for work and I will have to pay $400 to replace them. Vip autos needs to listen to the customer and get some people skills. It was so unprofessional how they kept pointing the finger at Ramonas tire especially since they are supposed to be business partners. Please people don't buy a car from these unprofessional people. read more

I will NEVER buy from VIP autos! I was in a lemon law car and went to vip autos for a "nice" 2013 Chrysler 300. Two days after the purchase, I noticed my paint had rust and the undercarriage was rusted! I signed to have the car like you would normally do, and Richard called me 2 weeks later saying he needed it for "inventory" so the bank would think it's still on the lot. If it's my car, why would the bank need it for inventory? That's highly illegal on all levels! I even had a bank call me and talk to me about the loan and that it was approved! I felt something was fishy and had a separate car facts pulled up by a different dealer! Richard failed to say the car was in an accident on their lot and gave me car facts that were 5k miles old!!!! When I asked Richard why it was different information but the same vin, he immediately became defensive and told me to just bring the car back! No explanation or anything! The car still sits in his lot to this day with a reduced price tag! Be warned! DO NOT BUY FROM VIP AUTOS!!!! read more

I bought a Mini Cooper from Richard Perry. 6 months later the entire engine blew. I went to Richard and he did NOTHING for me. He said he would try to help, but I know he had no real intention of helping after he pretty much blamed me for the car breaking down. I came in to get my windshield replaced. My windshield is difficult to find for a Toyota Tundra, and the one that was ordered did not fit. They found one right away, they explained the problem and drove out to get it. In the mean time, I had to run errands so they lent me a car to do that while I waited.
