They have painted our interior twice, and almost everyone on our block used them. Fabulous job on every home and we all said 5 stars. So we called VIO's Painting for our exterior house painting job. Again, perfection. Pressure washes and stucco repair first, sealing repairs and a few stains with primer after covering all the windows, drive and walkway, patio and courtyard. Three paint colors required by Grand in Surprise so it was a tricky job. We were thrilled with the results. They were there when scheduled, team was very professional and detail oriented. 5 STAR Review, I have found a contractor with INTEGRITY !! I needed the exterior of my house painted and got a recommendation from a friend for NIMO at Vio's Painting. I called him up and we met for a bid, he seemed very knowledgeable and had a great suggestion for color contrast, At this time I asked him about my Balcony Floor which was showing some age with cracks from sun damage. He suggested using an elastic-type paint for this application. Now 2 years later, I saw part of the exterior wall paint flaking. I called Nimo and he sent one of his associates and realized instead of repairing the issue, which could mask the problem, Nimo elected to keep me as a satisfied client, that he would redo the complete job over. power washing, scraping and repairing the necessary stucco, and painting the complete exterior...at NO CHARGE!! I was referred to Vio's Painting by a family member who had recently used him and had a good experience. We contacted Vio and he got back to us asap. He came out the next day and quoted us pricing on painting the exterior of our house and the concrete block walls in our yard. We hired him. His team started the project promptly. They did several days of prep work including power washing, masking, and basic repairs prior to the paint. Vio typically stopped by daily to check the work of his painters and see how we were doing. PROS: -Did not take payment until the project was completed and we were happy. -Very reasonable pricing and no up sell. -Good quality work and attention to detail. -Left no mess at the end of the project (good clean work once completed.) -Relativity quick completion. CONS: -The yard was a HUGE mess during the project. -Some of the work he quoted my wife that was to be included his guys didn't want to do until they check with Vio (moving our small metal shed to paint the wall behind it and painting the front door and garage door.) Overall we were very satisfied with the work, cost, and communication. We will be using him again later this year for some drywall work and interior painting. read more

I hired Vio's Painting to paint the entire interior of our ~2,500 sq ft house (2 separate jobs/colors), and I could not have been happier. I really enjoy working with Nemo and his crews. I have been meaning to post this review for about a year now and just now getting to it. I didn't want to blow this off because I want others to look at their options when choosing this business. Vio's painting co. was referred to me by a co-worker who said the owner was friendly, reasonable in cost and the crew did a good job. I didn't call them till about a year later and I guess Vio's son is now running the business? Nino or Nimo? He was nice and gave a fair quote. But the crew.... They stole a vase that I had just purchased at IKEA. I asked them about it the next day, they acted dumb. It was NOWHERE to be found. I even said if they accidently broke it, it was ok to tell me. They again denied it and nothing was in the trash. There is no way they would have "accidently" took it in their tarps or trash because it was a very large vase. Nino did pay in cash what I paid for it. I had them come out again to paint more rooms a few months later (yes, shame on me). They did a sloppier job in not removing all the plug covers when they painted. You could also see in the seams where the walls meet the ceiling, the ceiling paint was all along the walls too. It's as if they only did one coat and I'm starting to think they did. You can see marks on the walls showing through. Plus they finished in half the time that Nino originally quoted. It was like pulling teeth to get the owner (Nino) to fix this and make it right. He avoided my calls daily and let the voice messaging pick up. He never returned my calls. Finally I waited a few more days and called from another phone. Low and behold, he answered the phone when he didn't recognize the number I'm sure. I kept asking Nino to come out and inspect the work so I could show him the job results. He never would come out. A boss should be inspecting this sort of thing so he can coach his employees don't you think? I guess he just didn't want to deal with me and trying to just get this job over and done with and out of his hair. They did finally come out and fix the touch ups. It wasn't until days and weeks later that I noticed Christmas ornaments were missing off of my tree. Also hardware for putting my curtain rods back up were also missing. The price was reasonable and the first paint job they did was really nice. They were on time and finished the jobs on time or earlier. They were all friendly (until there were problems and the boss didn't want to deal with it). But Buyers BEWARE - cutting corners on the 2nd job, stealing things... not good. My guess is this crew is hired under the table and not going through background checks. Be careful. read more
