Cinnamon roll (Thursday and Saturday only)
    Liz M.

I really love this spot. I've never had a bad meal. I absolutely love the pan au chocolate, and the cinnamon roll is absolutely to die for. My boyfriend usually gets something savory, and likes their sandwich with turkey, cream cheese and green chile. The workers are super friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a cute outdoor seating set up with French music playing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Just note that sometimes the line can go slowly, and it doesn't matter what time I get there, there is ALWAYS a long line it seems, but I don't find this to be anybody's fault or enough of a deterrent to stop me from going. It's just a signal that it's good and folks love it!

I've had this bakery on my list for so long and I am super happy that I finally was able to check it out! First of all, the entire set up is adorable. All the baked goods are beautifully displayed and the ladies behind the counter are more than willing to help you. Our family was up in the Cottonwood area for the day and decided to try a bunch or items; from savory to dessert and I can honestly say that every was made with love-you can totally taste the love. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

A Hidden Gem in Clarkdale! This little coffee shop tucked inside an old caboose train is one of the most charming and delicious spots we've ever discovered. The authenticity of the food is beyond amazing--every single thing we've tried has been packed with flavor and made with so much care. We make it a point to come here every time we're in town, and it never disappoints. Yes, the line can get long, but that's always a good sign--and trust me, it's totally worth the wait. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's something so special about this hole-in-the-wall gem. It has the kind of character and warmth you just can't replicate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We love Violettes!! We ate our food too fast so no pics of the food! Our favorites are the spinach quiche and the cinnamon roll on Thurs/Sat. :) I love this place deeply and truly hope it sticks around for a very, very, very, very long time--because I plan to retire here one day, and this caboose café is a part of that dream!

Make a stop in Clarksdale and experience this venue! The owner and the people who work here are wonderful and the food is to die for!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Good Service, Ambiance, Food- Bakery.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thought about getting the mache latte tea but then seen the butterfly drink with no caffeine and it's a good drink

The food was amazing! The employees were so helpful. We came from out of town and they patiently and kindly helped us pick some things we would like. They went above and beyond. I would 10/10 recommend to everyone! I will definitely be returning every time I'm in Sedona.

Best kept secret for croissant sandwiches! The Monte Clarkdale was so delicious. It had a great balance between sweet and savory on a perfectly crisp croissant. The L'imposteur was equally yummy. Coffee also hit the spot. We stopped by here on our girls trip to Sedona for brunch and it was exactly what we needed. Quick, walk up to the window and seat yourself kind of vibe. Recommended to stop by for a quick bite on your way in or out of Sedona.

Our first morning, we had Todd, who was very attentive and took good care of us. We had the coffee, muffin, one pancake and a breakfast sandwich with bacon and the fruit skewer, along and a mocha. Everything was very good. We were pleasantly surprised how good the pancake was as my husband is very fussy about his pancakes. I was worried the bacon would have a spicy cake, but the cake is very minimal. The bacon was delicious! Our second day was not as good of an experience as we had a younger server who was not at the level of Todd. We laid our vouchers on the side of the table, just as we had done the day before, and this he completely missed them and brought our bill with full charges. Therefore, he had to go back and redo the bill. He didn't seem fully awake. LOL. He also was not as friendly as Todd. Next time we go, we will ask for Todd. This time, we got the latte and muffin, and also shared the traditional breakfast with bacon and fruit. It was perfect for splitting.. we will definitely come back again next time we are in town. This is a really cute café.

My cousin and I were lucky enough to swoop right in before the kitchen closed. We shared a grilled and cheese sandwich ($10.75) + ($4.50 for the ham). To be honest, I felt a little impatient waiting for our sandwich because given the space and kitchen, I just expected a simple grilled ham & cheese situation. Instead, out came the most glorious grilled ham and cheese I have ever encountered. It was beautifully crafted - 2 types of melty cheese (cheddar + havarti), a thick slice of honey ham, topped with fresh spinach all sandwiched between two toasted slices of garlic butter-ed whole grain bread. It was unexpectedly gourmet and a perfect treat after trekking up and down the hills of Jerome. I'm pretty sure I met Chad during our quick meal. He's nice. And Flatiron is the perfect pit stop.

"The owner is the biggest problem with this restaurant."…read more I honestly don't understand how a restaurant can have such great servers and still leave such a bad impression. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly trying their best, but it was painfully obvious that they were dealing with way too much pressure from management. Trina, the owner, was exceptionally rude. Not just having a bad day the kind of attitude that makes you wonder why someone who interacts with customers would want to run a restaurant in the first place. The way she interacted with people and delegated responsibilities made the entire environment feel unnecessarily stressful. And unfortunately, the food isn't good enough to make up for any of that. The food was disappointing, and definitely not worth what was paid for it. There are far too many restaurants where you can get a better meal without dealing with an owner who makes the experience unpleasant. The servers deserve a lot of credit because they were easily the best part of the experience. You could tell they were working hard and trying to keep things together despite the management issues around them. When the employees are the ones saving the experience while the owner is making it worse, that's a pretty serious management problem. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I definitely won't be returning.

Cafeteria style ordering, gigantic portions, and every sandwich/main course you choose comes with a side dish and a drink! No boring burgers here! The french fries are super tasty, but they are cooked in the same Oil that the chicken fingers are cooked in. (Just in case anyone's vegan friendly). But if you're not, it makes for an extra layer of yumminess! My dad had the bbq pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw topping and fries, I had the turkey sandwich with a pile of Boars Head turkey and jalapeño potato chips, and my guy had a veggie burger with macaroni salad, also worth mentioning the macaroni salad is gluten-free and vegan (but was still actually very flavorful!), so everyone can order something regardless of their diet. They give you lots of time before the train ride to have a meal and do some shopping, and it's a really cute venue. I took pictures of the menu and some of the shopping so you can see the restaurant in the background, and also some of the seating area outside.
