Lisa of Violent Blossom Massage is a delight to work with. I only recently discovered her massage services and I have had two massages in the last two months. She is strong and skilled with her touch and I appreciate the use of her gua-sha tool to break up stagnant and stuck energy in my body. She is my go-to bodyworker in town right now, I highly recommend her. Call or text for an appointment, this is not a walk-in facility. read more

Violet Blossom Massage - So cozy and smelt wonderful indoors. - Massage Near Me - Capitola, California

Not closed, just changed the name. Same spot, same great service, same reasonable prices. Everything all the 5-star reviewers said, and more. I'm definitely going back soon and will continue to keep going back. Lisa is really great. All my aches and pains were melted away. Great all around experience! Definitely give her a try. read more

I booked a massage for my Dad because he was having neck pain. The owner was amazing! She was so helpful and my Dad said he felt soooo much better after his massage! It was $100 for 40 minutes which is reasonable. The vibe is warm and calming. I'd go back! read more

Shu Ying "Lisa" is absolutely the best ever masseuse there is! I've had wonderful massages in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and here locally & other states, but she tops them all! She is very experienced having been providing massages for 13 years - listens well focusing on your perceived areas for attention, is very strong with deep tissue and understands pressure points etc. I just returned from an hour massage with her & have no achy low back or any joint discomfort that I had just a few hours ago and I'm totally relaxed! Give her a try - your body & mind with thank you! read more

My boyfriend and I just got massages here for his birthday. They were nice enough to accommodate us by calling in another therapist for our appointment on the same day. I had Brent and my boyfriend had Spencer and they were both great. Brent is very personable and always asked throughout the massage how I was doing. My boyfriend liked Spencer and said he had strong hands. We paid $75 each for 60mins and I would call that reasonably priced as they attended to our entire bodies from our head down to our toes. I asked Brent to spend additional time and pressure on my back and he gladly obliged. read more

Violet Blossom Massage - Massage Near Me - Capitola, California

Lisa is the only masseuse I will go to. She is highly skilled in knowing how to read your body and uses her skill and tools to break up your tight spots. She needs no guidance- it's like she has a radar! I have been going to her regularly for years now and have reaped the benefit in releasing stored trauma and feeling so much better in my body. read more

I am pretty new to the area and I have tried a few places looking for a great massage. This was a great experience. Lisa was very professional and has great hands. She made me feel very comfortable. I saw that some reviews complain about her prices, but they are fairly competitive and her set up is clean and well taken care of, there's no cutting corners here. I would absolutely recommend Violet Blossom, and I will be booking another appointment soon. read more

I have been writing a lot of bad reviews, so I thought I would change it up and write a good one. Saw Lisa today - after a very frazzled couple of days - and she worked wonders on me. The experience was good - she used coconut oil, which I love - she listened to me about pressure - I told her the areas to focus on and she actually did (most therapists, weirdly, avoid those areas once you tell them - or maybe that has just been my weird experience) - the room looked and smelled clean (hoping that is the case). It was good! read more

Super easy to get an appointment. The combination of reflexology and gua sha was amazing and helped me get all the knots out. Plus they were so nice! read more

Had a much needed massage today. Called phone number on the website. Let it ring a few times then hung up as I figure Lisa is in with a client. 5 minutes later Lisa calls and I set up my 90 minute massage. Been feeling stiff and sore for a couple of months. Told Lisa what the problem areas were and she addressed them. If you want a better than average massage this is the place to go. $160 for 90 minutes. This price is the standard pricing in the area. Anything less for 90 minutes and you won't get as good a massage. I know cause it's taken me a while to find a great masseuse. read more

Lisa is great and exceptionally wonderful about trying to get in same day. The environment is welcoming, professional, and comfy. I have to say, I miss Spencer as his hands and professionalism were amazing! With that being said, it has gotten a bit too expensive for me. My last massage was 90 minutes and $200 with tip. I am all about supporting local and paying a bit more, but at a massage once a month, this is too much for my budget. All in all, I wish this business the best as they are the real deal. read more

My husband and I are on a little Valentines getaway from the valley and I really wanted to pamper ourselves! My husband (who's never had a massage before) and I decided to go here for their couples massage based on the reviews we seen. I AM SO HAPPY WE DID! The couples massage was AMAZING! The atmosphere is so warm and invited and it smelled wonderful in there. It was so relaxing and both of our massage therapists were incredibly nice and inviting and professional! I have had multiple massages before and this by far was the best! The gentleman (unfortunately I can't remember his name) I had pinpointed all of my problem areas with just the right amount of pressure and my husband loved Lisa! We both walked out feeling so refreshed and relaxed from all chaos in our everyday lives! Also, the price point is excellent. Worth every dollar and more! We will definitely be making a stop here for a massage whenever we vacation out here again! Thank you so much! read more

Don't think this place is in business anymore. Last customer review was almost 7 months ago. We called. No answer. Thought what the heck and drove by. Place was locked up and dark. Hopefully, they are ok and nothing bad has happened, but if you're not going to operate, at least update your website and put a sign on the door. read more

Just what my husband and I needed...just need more than an hour! Went for a couples massage today and didn't realize how sore we were. Spencer and Lisa did a wonderful job. Very clean and comfortable place. read more

Very, very good. I highly recommend Violet Blossom. Lisa is welcoming, nurturing and an excellent masseuse.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our massages. Spencer and Ulyssa were both fantastic! We will definitely be back soon! Spencer seemed to zero in right on my trouble areas and was very respectful in regards to modesty. His pressure was so consistent and healing. My husband says Ulyssa used the perfect mix of strength and pressure without over doing it to the point of pain. He feels some knots were really resolved better than in any other massage. read more

Spencer was AMAZING. Wow, I was incredibly impressed. I've had a ton of massages, but his was one of my best in years - strong hands, long strokes, great attention to all my knots and sore spots. Heated beds and hot stones too - which I love. Plus the price is right - $75 for one hour, which you won't find anywhere for that quality. Thanks Spencer! read more

Really loved this place. Great massage and clean, quiet atmosphere. I got the hot stone massage, which was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it ;). read more

Spencer was a brute and caused more harm than good. He even pulled out strands of hair he was so rough. Several times I told him to go easy. He did not listen and caused more neck pain after I told him I had a degenerating disk in my neck. He did not seem in touch with my body and I even said, "Ouch!" a few times. Couldn't get out of there fast enough! read more

Had a couples massage today with Spencer and Lisa. They relieved all the knots and stress. I'm thankful they were able to accommodate us at a short notice. Very clean, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Thank you for rejuvenating us and we'll be back. read more

Lisa is incredible!! Her massages are firm and relaxing. Been visiting her occasionally for about a year. I've had a couples table massage, a foot massage, a chair massage targeting the upper back and shoulders, a sinus massage and I've not been disappointed with any of these services. I always feel amazing when I leave her establishment. She also showed me stretches I can do after I mentioned having some hip pain. I'd recommend her over and over!! read more

Spencer always does a great job fixing the chronic pain spots in my back - I always feel like a new person after every massage I get! I don't go anywhere else. read more

Lisa is great. Just spent 90 minutes with her on Saturday. My back blew up on me earlier in the day and she worked my lower back and hip flexors easing the pain. She is a magician with her hands...really top notch...truly cares for her clients. I live in Los Gatos and can't wait to utilize her services post surfing at Capitola. Lisa also uses good quality organic Thai oils. Thank you Lisa! read more

I want everyone to know that if you are in pain and need relief this is who you should see! Lisa knows exactly what she's doing and before I went to her I was having so much pain I thought I would have trouble walking normal again. Thanks to Lisa I can walk like I'm supposed to!!! She gave me my life back! I would say if you are in pain she'll heal your body. Can't say enough good things about this place and Lisa. Capitola residents are very lucky to have her so close by. I'm an LA Girl so I'll have to make special trips up here to see her but I definitely will! She's living her purpose & is here to help people. I am very grateful for her healing. Blessings. I'm sorry to have to write this review because I like to support local businesses but I went there today and was blindsided by the price. On the website there are no prices and I assumed they were competitive with local prices. At the end of the massage, I learned that the price was nearly four times as much as any other place i've been locally. ($195 for ninety minutes) I must say it was a good massage and I was hoping this was my new go to place, but I was wrong. Too expensive! read more

Not sure if this location is still open or not. I called first, didn't get an answer and assumed that the massage therapist was with a client and couldn't after the phone. We stopped by the location on a Thursday around 11 AM and found it closed. Perhaps the hours have been changed due to COVID but I wasn't able to find any additional details here or on their website about that. read more

Violet blossom massage was wonderful. I will definitely be going back. Liu was my massage therapist for a 30 min reflexology foot massage, and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The space is clean and lovely and comfortable. I highly recommend. read more

Me and my dear friend were hanging out at the Rio Del Mar beach in Aptos. We both got very cold and were searching for a massage to relax and warm up. We gave a call to this place and lovely Lisa was able to book both of us in with in an hour. I chose a soft tissue style Swedish massage with a little bit of stretching. This has been one of the best massages I have ever received. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and was almost redy to drift off in a little sleep which rarely happens to me as I'm always fully awake during massage sessions. The place is very clean very simple and cozy. We were treated with nothing but respect and very welcome attitude. Definitely coming back again this place is a gem!!! read more

Violet Blossom massage is amazing. I had Lisa. She was very attentive to my needs and also funny. I have really bad hips and she totally helped loosen them up. I will definitely be back. Thanks again :) read more

Amazing massages and great service. I booked a couples massage with my girlfriend a week ahead and when we arrived they took good care of us. Lisa does an amazing job there! I'll be back soon. read more

I am still extremely sore from my experience at VBM! It's been 2 days and my back hurts and my muscles are painful to the touch. That being said, my husband had a great experience and maybe my therapist was just too rough for me. It was great they had a couples massage available short notice and it was a great location from our hotel! We walked there! read more

My girlfriend and I really wanted a massage and it was around 6 pm so our options were very limited. Decided to give this place a shot seeing as it was one of the only ones available that late. Ended up being a good surprise. I called around 630 and they were able to see us as soon as we were able to arrive. The massages were actually really on point and I felt great after. Reasonable priced as well!!! I think she told me 60$ for an hour for each of us for a full body massage. The only part that weirded me out was the person massaging my girlfriend was a guy and he gave her a full on butt massage right on her butt lol which I thought was pretty awkward for both of us. But I never specified and they agreed to give us a couple massage last minute so can't really complain about that. If ur going for a couples massage I suggest u specify if u want a guy or girl to do your massage , and you go to the bathroom before you show up seeing as they had no toilet paper and some light weight construction going on in there or something lol But bottom line is we were sore AF and came for a good massage and that is exactly what we got!!! They told me 120 I gave them 220$ so a 50$ tip each. I would definitely go back if I lived around there. I would just specify certain preferences of my own and go #2 before I went there lol Massage -5 stars read more

Convenient, price was right $20 for 15 min, and you have the option of chair or lying down on a table. My massage was just okay. I felt her rubbing certain areas too long until it was no longer comfortable. Other times, I felt she was rushing through it. I was disappointed that she didn't seem to be knowledgeable with what were the best methods of giving a relaxing massage. I felt a little awkward having to take my shirt off for a chair massage. And then I was sitting in the front window with just a velcro around towel above my waist. It's wasn't the experience I was hoping for. read more

Wow, Spencer has magic hands! I will keep going back to have a Foot Body massage by him. Thank you Spencer for asking questions so that you could zero in on the areas that needed it most. read more
