Instead, I found a beautifully staged, high-end showroom with prices that sit noticeably higher than stores selling brand new furniture. It reminded me of walking into a place called Discount Diamonds and realizing the only thing discounted is your hope. Inside, there is so much motion and so many staff members floating around that it honestly feels like a Hollywood set being prepped between scenes. People adjusting lighting, straightening decor, moving props, resetting the stage. It's impressive to watch but also a little funny because you start to wonder who exactly the intended shopper is. Whoever that lucky demographic might be, it is certainly not me. They even have a cute holiday special where you pick an envelope off a Christmas tree and win ten percent off. Very charming until you open it and see all the conditions. Valid for this item, not that one. Not combinable. Not transferable. Not applicable to anything you were excited about. Still adorable, just... selectively useful. The best part is that I genuinely do enjoy this store. The style is gorgeous, the furniture is unique, and it's fun just to walk around and take it all in. I just never end up buying anything because the prices sit about three times higher than what I can find elsewhere. It's unintentionally amusing in the sweetest way. A store called Almost Perfect that is, fittingly, almost in my budget.

His furniture he sells is good quality. Prices are a little high. But... He needs to change the return policy. Instead of just being able to exchange an item, he should accept returns. The client needs to pay a restock fee for returns but not exchanges. He should also pay the delivery charge. Most of all, say what you are going to do and DO IT. It is now August 14, 2017 and we have half our furniture. We had a gouge in bedroom set foot board and that was replaced in a timely matter. We had to have the dining table replaced because it came in flawed and that was also done in a timely fashion. We are still waiting for a nightstand to complete our bedroom set, we were delivered the wrong entertainment center and it too had a damaged door, and we are still waiting for an electric reclining sofa that was promised for June 23rd delivery. The owner is frustrated with us??? His wants to cancel our items that are nbot yet delivered (over four months now) and charge a restocking fee!! Have not received any money back although he said he would mail out a check (three weeks ago). If you buy from this store make sure you do not pay up front

I asked to speak with them about the offer. I called continued to call numerous times and weeks went by and months. no return call. I left messages.we had decided to pull out camper and not do consignment. but when we had everything lined out to take, I got a call. it was sold. but nothing progressed and no call. so we lined up to get camper. then another call it had sold again. begrudgingly we took the offer. big loss on my dads camper for us. he hadn't driven but 200 miles on it and lived in it for 2 months. but this time Charlie called me and followed up every step of the way! she is great and very helpfu. so if you find yourself in a consignment , make sure you ask for her! I highly recommend Charlie for anything you need in Summer field Fl. as for the rest.... eh... I pray if they want to grow their business and keep customers that they treat Charlie right, as she is a bright spot in their sorely needed customer service!!

Our visit to Camping World in Summerfield Florida started off well…read more We were connected with the nicest salesman, a real gentleman named Deacon. We were and are extremely happy with him and should we go back there which is not likely at all, we would want him again as our salesman.. We picked out a used Jayco trailer and during our talk with the sales manager, he and we agreed to an OUT THE DOOR price of $17,500. We gave them a $3000 deposit and expected our new balance to be $14,500 when we returned to get our trailer in two more days. To our DISGUST when we returned to get our trailer we learned that we now owed roughly $17500 once again... this was after our $3000 deposit which meant that the out the door price went from $17,500 to $20,500.... We told the sales manager we just want our $3000 back and we don't want to buy the trailer but he wanted to talk it over and show us how much they have invested in the trailer and the reason why it would cost me substantially more money. He now said there was no way he could let us have the trailer for a TOTAL of $17,500 (as promised) but that he would generously split the $3000 difference with me which would make us pay an additional $1500 above the $17,500... of course my wife wanted the trailer so I agreed to pay the difference. As you can imagine, we left very upset with our trailer which we are happy with. We wanna mention once again Deacon was a very good salesman and a total gentleman just in case you still want to buy from this dealership. Also, they connected us with the Bank of Montreal (BMO) for our financing and they were a nightmare to work with - they were so bad we refinanced right away.... Obviously we don't recommend BMO either.... One final note, as part of their appreciation for buying the trailer they gave us 21 free nights at Ocean Canyon Resorts and after reading the horrible reviews on these resorts, we learned that people that stayed there frequently reported aggressive sales tactics, high upfront and maintenance costs, and facility maintenance issues.... Apparently they want you to buy a site there and their aim is to persuade you to do that.

We were greeted upon entry and the employee checked on us just incase we had questions. They have a lot of artwork, rugs and knock knacks. Our only issue was the prices attached to some of the artwork seemed a bit high.
