I highly recommend VINTECH. We had an issue with our refrigerator not cooling. Called Vince at VINTECH and he squeezed us in between his scheduled appointments. He determined that the evaporator fan motor was not working. He did not have the type of fan motor needed for our refrigerator with him and advised us that he would come back the very next day with the fan motor. Very fast response, my problem: Fridge works, freezer only cools to 32 deg. Troubleshooting was quick, he noticed my ice maker was inop. he replaced that. (Samsung notorious for warmer fridge air getting in through and into the ice maker, see you tube) He sealed in and outside of the new ice maker. He quickly replaced that, it now works fine. I actually had a compressor or flow issue within the system. He found that my fridge was still in warranty. Instead of soaking me $$$, he pointed out in the operation manual that the Parts and Labor was still covered. Showed me the number to call. 1-800-SAMSUNG. I now have Samsung repairing if for Parts and Labor at no costs. Honest, skilled, properly equipped and trained, will definitely use again.
