However, it is nearly impossible to view said rings in real life, since this seller is by appointment only, M-F until 5pm, with no weekend hours. They do have one of the better selections of rings from the 20s and 30s that I've found. The site is basic and a bit difficult to use (hence 4 stars), but it has always been an accurate list of what they have in stock. Their shop is located in the Diamond District, in an office upstairs from a large showroom. The experience is a uniquely New York one--not fancy, but very personable. I recently bought an antique ring as a gift for my wife. She picked a few out from the site, I emailed the listing numbers when I made an appointment, and they had those plus a few extras ready to view. Stu is very funny and conversational, and was very patient and accommodating while my wife tried on every ring several times. He had the ring resized, cleaned, and ready for pickup the next day.
