I read the other reviews and I completely agree with most of them very unprofessional and money hungry . They do not have a maintenance team they called a plumber to unclog my drain and sent me a invoice . I have called maintenance out two times before and never charged because property had maintenance crew . Since vintage has taken over and wants to bill me almost $300 for a clogged drain. Scammers at it's finest can't wait until Covid is over to move out

I had a terrible experience also. We hired these people to do a survey in 2022. I paid for that…read more Then, in 2023, we needed to locate some utility lines etc. for building a structure. They said it would be 100s of dollars extra that I needed to pay upfront. I paid upfront. Nobody showed up for like four months. That is despite calls and emails. Then randomly somebody showed up in my backyard. I'm glad I was home! No call or notice. After that, I never got the enhanced survey. I have emailed and called and received no response. They essentially just stole hundreds of dollars from me and my husband and are ghosting us. I called the department of business and professional regulation for the state of Florida, and I found out that they have a surveying license as well as an engineering license. We are trying to find out who regulates these people. The real name of the company is not Gateway Land Surveying LLC. That is a DBA. No responses to calls or emails for over a year now. Don't ever do business with these people.

Brett the owner refuses to come out and show me where they are and thats bc he knows that they're not there. The day they showed up to survey, the lead guy literally looked at me and said Landmarks better than us. I've emailed Brittany who I assume is like their scheduler/receptionist about all my issues and she has yet to respond. Finally after being ghosted for 3 weeks and not receiving the actual survey drawings, I called and disputed the charges with my cc company and thought that I would never hear from them again. Then three weeks go by and out of the blue today, I get a call from Brittany who previously blew me off and now they want their money or they're threatening to put a lien on my home. Can't wait to go to court to prove the lies and incompetence of this company. All I wanted was for someone, anyone to come to my home and prove to me that you put permanent rebar in the ground but apparently thats too much to ask.

We went from listing to sale in about 5 months--faster than many comparable homes in Fishhawk Ranch. Becky understands that it's you vs. the market, and she knows how to position you to win. I always recommend meeting multiple agents for a decision this important--but Rebecca should absolutely be one of them. This comes from someone who has both sold homes and trained real estate agents. We've also worked with Eaton on the property management side, and the experience has been just as strong. They maintained the home to a high standard through every phase--residence, rental, and eventual sale--over a 4-year period. Communication was consistent (same or next day), and work orders were handled quickly and professionally. Their fees may be slightly higher than some competitors, but the value is clear--you get what you pay for in this business. Eaton Realty is the complete package. Highly recommend.

This is specifically for Gerardo Luna, someone I feel absolutely blessed to know. Gerardo has been the Yelp photographer since early on in my days as CM, but most recently, he was also my realtor. If I had to pick which thing he's better at, it would be impossible because he's a 10 in both skill sets. He is such a genuine person, he really feels more like a family member, than a business associate. It's an uncanny quality. His response time to your calls/emails/texts is second-to-none. During our tenancy, we have documented ongoing concerns relating to property condition, maintenance response, and access coordination that we believe implicate statutory landlord obligations under Florida Statutes Chapter 83, including: * §83.51 - Obligation to maintain premises in compliance with applicable building, housing, and health codes * §83.53 - Notice and limitations regarding landlord access * §83.56 - Failure to cure noncompliance * §83.67 - Prohibited practices and interference with quiet enjoyment * Applicable provisions of the Federal Fair Housing Act (under review) Concerns raised during tenancy have included: - Reported HVAC conditions involving possible mold concerns - Incomplete or unsafe stair access affecting safe ingress and egress - Second-story railing deficiencies presenting safety concerns for minor children - Delayed installation of represented safety features and window protections - Non-functioning appliances, including microwave and dryer - Front gate security not operational as represented at lease commencement - Repeated access disputes and contractor arrivals outside expected notice protocols - Installation and operation of surveillance equipment raising privacy concerns Deborah Coolidge, who operates in a principal leadership role within the company, has been directly involved in management decisions concerning this tenancy.
