I have rodents and they refuse to fumigate, they will only perform the bare minimum due to cost. Meanwhile they have consistently increased my rent every year. They blame tenants for trash in the yard, when they refuse to provide a dumpster, they'd rather just put multiple trash cans in front of the complex that blow over and are horrible curb appeal. Maintenance doesn't respond in a timely manner to requests and frankly their properties are outdated with old fixtures. I have to replace a long halogen kitchen bulb as a tenant without maintenance. Who has those in their kitchens any longer? Property Management is actually providing management services. Vintage provides" property avoidance" services. They constantly request paperwork for pets, monthly fees for filters that aren't needed and can't be reached to be changed anyways. It's just another way to nickel and dime the tenant. Meanwhile when something needs repaired they refuse to do it, or claim it's the tenants responsibility. Take my advice, worst place I have ever rented from. I wish I could break this lease, but they're so money hungry they would certainly retaliate. This organization is absolutely awful and deserves negative stars... They should be ashamed to have tenants knowingly living with rats and to do the bare minimum due to costs. They said it would be 100s of dollars extra that I needed to pay upfront. I paid upfront. Nobody showed up for like four months. That is despite calls and emails. Then randomly somebody showed up in my backyard. I'm glad I was home! No call or notice. After that, I never got the enhanced survey. I have emailed and called and received no response. They essentially just stole hundreds of dollars from me and my husband and are ghosting us. I called the department of business and professional regulation for the state of Florida, and I found out that they have a surveying license as well as an engineering license. We are trying to find out who regulates these people. The real name of the company is not Gateway Land Surveying LLC. That is a DBA. No responses to calls or emails for over a year now. Don't ever do business with these people.
