One then walks around to the front where a stone paved sidewalk with a garden variety of beautiful plants, some this summer slightly blocking the walkway, guides you to the main entrance. Inside there are a variety of metal/wood furniture pieces that have been hand forged or updated in numerous ways. An antique writing desk is in a backroom that has been updated with steel pieces giving it a vintage yet contemporary appeal. There was a nostalgic letter inside this desk from no less than the owner sharing its long family history. I have purchased giftware and a metal wood side table for my living room from Urban. There are bars, dining tables, signing and a lot of original art. There is also lighting, some of the Indian variety, and a range of Mexican and Southwest artifacts. It is worth the trip and also making the rounds a few times. I enjoy that someone is not peering down your back and one is left to wander. A Phoenix gem. I will be back!

It was our last stop of store touring and had we known how cool this place is we wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I was in awe of all the artistry in every piece of furniture in here from the moment we walked in. (The landscaping outside was equally impressive.. If only we had a yard!). Once we walked in we were greeted by Nick. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to pieces he recently finished among others in his store. If there wasn't anything we liked he was happy to put something together. But that was not the case...we liked Just about everything in his store. We had him make us a zinc top table with an angle iron base along with a bench made of reclaimed wood and steel. He custom made these items based on the measurements we gave him and the look we were going for. We left the design in his hands and they came out as we had hoped! We've since been back as his store always has new things. KUDOS for the fact that the one-of-a-kind pieces he made were locally sourced and manufactured here in PHX! Awesome!

From the delivery guys, , to the owners sons, with whom I spoke, everything went like clockwork . They even came to my home when I felt the glass was defective on my desk and a drawer didn't close properly, as I am lucky enough to live in the same city as the store. They immediately ordered new rails for my drawer and a new glass desktop. As soon as the items arrived, they happily came out and replaced the defective parts! You can't buy that type of customer service!! This is a family run business, and I cannot say enough good things about their work ethic! I would give them 10 stars if I could !!! *California Buyers -- Please Be Careful Before Purchasing From Mansion Furniture**…read more I purchased approximately **$40,000 worth of furniture from Mansion Furniture in 2025**. At the time of my purchases, Mansion Furniture did not charge me California sales/use tax. As a customer, I assumed the amounts on my invoices represented what I was required to pay, especially since the invoices showed the tax as **"N/A."** Almost a year later, I learned that my purchases had been reported to the State of California and that I was responsible for paying the California use tax directly. I am now facing ** five thousand dollars $5000 in taxes, along with interest and penalties.** When I contacted Mansion Furniture, I was told that their website states customers are responsible for their own state taxes. My problem is that **this was never clearly communicated to me during the sales process.** No salesperson explained that California tax was not being collected or that I would need to report and pay it separately. Had someone simply said, *"We are not collecting California tax, and you will be responsible for paying it directly to California,"* I would have handled the tax immediately and avoided the surprise, penalties and interest. I also would have been able to compare the **true total cost** with purchasing the furniture from a retailer that collects California tax at the time of sale. I feel the tax situation should have been disclosed much more clearly, particularly considering the amount I spent. A statement somewhere on a website is not the same as clearly informing a customer during a large purchase that thousands of dollars in state tax are not included. **If you live in California and are considering purchasing from Mansion Furniture, please be aware of this. Ask specifically whether California sales/use tax is being collected, carefully review your invoices, and make sure you understand any tax you may be responsible for paying directly to California.** I wish someone had given me that warning before I made my purchases. I have always paid my taxes ad on time . For the firt time i have a surprise $5000 tax bill i was not aware off , Bewared and always check your receipt and make sure slaes taxes are stated.

Kevin was the salesman on the floor when we visited. I actually called in advance to see if they had the sofa we were looking for in stock, and on the showroom floor... which they did, in 2 different models. They also had a couple other sofas we were interested in buying and Kevin showed us through the entire showroom explaining and sharing each piece with us-- like a seasoned docent at a museum. Kevin actually pulled a couple fabrics for us to show us what fabrics B&B stock in the Charles sofa we were looking at and even gave us a catalogue of this years B&B line. All in all, an amazing experience for any furni-snob. Love this place and will definitely be back again in the future! *Friendly tip~ This is probably not the best place to bring small children. You'll be able to appreciate, enjoy, and shop the amazing furniture a lot more without having to worry about whether or not your child is going to ruin a $5k chair when you're not looking :-)
