Our experience with Vintage Group has been a six-month administrative nightmare defined by professional negligence, deceptive documentation, and a total lack of accountability. After purchasing our home, we were provided with a disclosure packet that cost $522.00, yet contained outdated CC&Rs and Operating Rules. When I proactively emailed management in October 2025 to verify guest parking rules, they failed to mention any permit requirements. Trusting their official documents and direct communication, we allowed a guest to park in a designated visitor stall. They were towed within hours. When we challenged the $459.00 tow fee, Vintage Group admitted that two different versions of the "Operating Rules" were in circulation both with the same version number but only one mentioned permits. Despite this clear admission of their own clerical error, it took over 30 emails and half a year to receive a resolution. Throughout this process, the management team was consistently unresponsive, ignoring nearly 50% of our correspondence. When they did respond, the tone was condescending and dismissive. They eventually agreed to reimburse the towing fee as a "courtesy" an insult considering the tow was a direct result of their failure to provide legally required accurate disclosures. To make matters worse, they flatly refused to refund the $522.00 fee we paid for the incorrect documents and continued to make errors, such as sending the wrong permits and issuing a tow warning to my parents while they were using a valid pass. Vintage Group's "exception care and personal touch" is a farce. They have demonstrated a staggering inability to manage basic records or communicate with residents respectfully. If you are an HOA Board or a homeowner, be warned: this company will lead you on for months, ignore your emails, and refuse to take responsibility for their own documented mistakes. The entire community is in excellent condition--clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully managed. He consistently goes above and beyond - always available when I need assistance, quick to answer phone calls, and genuinely invested in the well-being of our community. His professionalism and responsiveness are truly appreciated and make a noticeable difference in our daily lives. It's clear that the HOA takes great pride in fostering a welcoming, safe, and visually appealing environment. I would rate this experience with zero stars if possible. The management of our community by Christine Santisteban-Gamino has been extraordinarily disappointing. Her approach has been marked by unprofessionalism and a clear disregard for the interests of the residents. It's astonishing that she continues to hold her position given the widespread dissatisfaction among residents. Christine has manipulated board members by focusing on laws and regulations that primarily serve her own interests, rather than those of the community. This has resulted in consistently rising HOA fees, a lack of meaningful improvements, and unresolved issues within the community. Despite the community being only five years old, it already appears significantly neglected. The misallocation of HOA funds toward legal actions, unnecessary regulatory changes, and warning notices detracts from the community's well-being. Efforts to escalate concerns to her manager or the company owner have proven futile, reflecting an unacceptable level of customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to seek alternatives. Christine's approach has been detrimental, and her service-oriented skills are severely lacking. Her continued employment at this firm will be a major factor in its declining reputation. read more

This management company sent me a letter regarding some weeds on my lot but is so lazy they would not respond to any emails I sent them despite their correspondence which encouraged calling or emailing them. I finally had to call them but was lied to over the phone and told to ignore the letter and was then fined! When I tried to contact the Board they returned my letter despite telling me over the phone they would forward it to the Board thus blocking me from contacting the Board. Neither would they give me any contact info for my own Board of Directors! This appears to be a scheme to generate revenue through fines. They are also too lazy to provide any account access for residents and have hired Homewise to provide docs when you sell your lot and it cost me $681 when I decided to sell so as to avoid this unethical management! Homewise is also listed here on Yelp and most of the reviews agree that it is a scam to fleece residents as HOA docs such as CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations should be posted freely for all to see. These problems can only be avoided by avoiding HOAs altogether so you can live in freedom! read more

This HOA manages the condo that I live in at the Day Creek Square in Rancho Cucamonga. This property management company is awful. The communication with the homeowners doesn't exist. They make changes to things in the community without giving any notification to the homeowners. For example. Without giving any notice to homeowners they painted some curbs red which turned legal parking spots into illegal ones. My car was parked on one of those legal curbs and I was out of town for a couple days. When I got back my car had been towed and I had to pay the fee to get my car out. How is that fair to turn legal parking spots into illegal ones and not give any notice to the community that this is taking place. Then to have my car towed without even giving me a chance to move my car. When I called to explain my situation they didn't care and basically laughed at my request to help pay for the fee to get my car out of the tow yard. Steer clear from this company. read more

I recently sold my house in Ontario that vintage group manages. I was told I had to fix my front yard before the sell is final. My wife and I were worried it would delay the closing but our property manager and her assistant acted fast and helped us get everything done. We were very unaware of the process and how long it could take but they made it simple and set our minds at ease. Avenida neighborhood is great it's clean, family friendly and safe we're moving out of state otherwise I wouldn't have left. I was indifferent about having an HOA, as there were a few bumps in the road as far as reading and learning bylaws, but Sarah Reed has not only held my hand and explained processes to me but has always answered my questions with full transparency and honesty. Although HOA's might not be for everyone and there are some parts of it I still do not like, Sarah makes understanding the rules clear, and understandable from someone that might not be familiar with HOA rules.
