My brother and I had been trying to figure out what to do with the house for months, and from the first time I met with them, I felt like we were in good hands. One of the things that initially made me feel comfortable choosing Sorted was knowing that they've been through this themselves. They've been in our shoes and understand how difficult and emotional it can be to go through a parent's home and belongings. That really came through in the way they approached everything. They were incredibly organized, responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much care they showed toward my dad's belongings. They took the time to understand what might be meaningful to our family, found good homes for so many of his things, and made sure anything they thought we might want was put aside for us. It never felt like they were simply there to empty a house. They handled all the logistics, donations, coordination, and final clear-out, which took an enormous amount of stress off of us. When they were finished, the house was completely cleared and ready for us to move on to the next step. Amy and Felicia are also just genuinely wonderful people. They made a difficult process so much easier than I expected it to be, and I'm incredibly grateful we found them. They completely exceeded our expectations.
