    Cheesesteak

Good cheesesteak in the solid-not-great territory. If I'm being picky I'd say I would've liked the cheese a bit better distributed (it was packed on the bottom) and maybe a better roll. Still good and worth trying! Also just love Vino's for the vibes and other food options as a long time Lafayette Hill resident!

I got the cheesesteak special. It came with fried onions, green peppers, mushrooms, hot peppers and sauce. If you have read my reviews before you know I like it when the extras spend time on the grill together and get to know each other and blend their flavors. The extras on this Cheesesteak did not spend much time together. If you like big fresh, ungrilled vegetables on your Cheesesteak, then this is a Cheesesteak for you. The cheese could have been melted in a little better and if you're going to give me sauce give me sauce. Next time I am in this area and in the mood for thick crust pizza I will certainly stop in.

Nice people here at Vino's. My order was taken and a product was produced minutes later. Try the grandma pizza

    Slice of heaven....slice of margherita!

Visited: Wednesday - January 21, 2015 - 11:30 My usual destination is the Wawa at the "Shops at Lafayette Hills". As I walked toward Wawa, a sign on an eating establishment announced "Soup's On". I quickly ventured inside. (I'll re-visit Wawa next week) To my surprise, pizza of every assortment was viewable through the display case. My eye immediately was diverted toward the Margherita pizza. My name was on it, so to speak, it spoke to Me, so I was "obligated " to order it. (I'll try the soup next week......after I re-visit Wawa) The pizza was re-heated and ready within 30 seconds. It was hot, colorful, crispy, and delicious albeit a bit greasy. (I'll try the Sicilian pizza next week after a re-visit to Wawa and after the soup at Vino's Pizza place)

What's this a picture of? ....if you guessed $13.50, you'd be correct! Come on!

Pizza is average. Dies not take credit cards. Patrons bring outside food. Overpriced for a single cheese slice.

Good cheese steaks, pepperoni pizza and specials. I like the Stromboli and Sicilian slices.

Best pizza spot around. Hard to find good pizza in the area to be honest. Good variety. Just kinda sucks they only take cash.

Haven't tried the whole menu, but their Sicilian and grandma's pies are top notch. Best I've had in the Philly area.

Pizza sucks, not much else to say. Maybe the pies are better but don't order by the slice. They need some major improvements.

Recently, The Godfather of Meat did a keen review and video, in which everything looked awesome. It took us about 45 minutes from Emmaus, and it was worth the trip. House made roasted beef with the house gravy on a sensational Kaiser roll -- was what we came for and they delivered! Piled high and fresh with provolone cheese. This is the best beef sandwich I have had in decades. Simple quality at its finest! This has quickly become my gold standard classic beef sandwich. The "Matt Fries", were interesting and completely unique: fresh crispy fries topped with generous black pepper, old bay seasoning, Parmesan cheese and Turkey gravy. It worked! We enjoyed them and the large portion was more than enough for 2-3 people. Steph Rush very much enjoyed the mussels in red sauce -- another generous portion, served with was bread. I had an order of the cold shrimp , which is weekends only. Fresh, cooked perfectly and extra horseradish in the cocktail sauce by request. We were overjoyed with what we ordered and I love they have birch beer on tap, my favorite! The joint was packed and busy, our waitress had her hands full in her section. We are looking forward to a return trip ! #rushieeats

The place was so dark that we had a hard time reading the menu. They brought dry, crunchy noodles for the table with this sweet and spicy sauce for free. The spicy sauce was really good. We ended up getting egg and spring rolls, pork fried rice, wonton and hot and sour soup, and shrimp with broccoli and carrots. The soups were comparable to most Chinese take out places. I really liked the wonton soup. The egg and spring rolls were pretty basic. Honestly, I would have preferred going to the shady Chinese corner shop that had bullet proof glass surrounding the cashier. The shrimp with broccoli with carrots was pretty basic as well. Again, I think the corner store Chinese shop makes it better. At the end of our meal we did get some tasty oranges and a fortune cookie. My fortune cookie response wasn't even fully written on the paper.

I normally end up feeling super dehydrated after Chinese takeout foods but this didn't leave me with that feeling! Had the chicken red Thai curry, the pepper onion steak, and sashimi dinner. The miso soup which came with the sashimi came in a smaller container than the other soups which I found odd but it was tasty! Wish it came in a larger size. People ordered other items and were satisfied with their meals too. I'd go back and order take out again!
