Overall, their selection was quite small and the clothes themselves weren't very appealing. Their prices are similar to Gymboree or The Children's Place, but they just didn't have much options. I likely wouldn't shop their again, just because it's pretty pricey and they don't have much options. But it's extremely organized and the people working there were so friendly.

I looked online and found another pair I liked in a different fit. When I went to return them, the store didn't have the pair I wanted and only offered store credit (despite these being returned two days after purchasing). I don't have a problem buying another pair of shoes, but if you don't even have them, requiring store credit feels unreasonable at this price point. If I'm spending this much on shoes, it won't be here any more. This isn't the type of customer service I'd expect from a brand like this.

The cashier took her time with the customer in front of me and gave him coupons and even a reminder for him for the coupons that didn't seem to be money specific on how much you had to spend to receive the coupon. However when she gave me my order no such customer service was given to me. I understand I ordered online however why not provide me with the same experience you gave the customer before me. The fact is, Just Boyz is well worth a visit, at least for half of the population. The brainchild of a husband and wife with three boys between them, this boutique is filled with clothes, toys, and accessories for the estrogen-challenged set. The store is comfortable to shop in with wide spaces and well-organized grouping of items. My son gravitated towards a dinosaur raincoat, and I just barely resisted the urge to buy him a tweed golf cap. We don't play golf, and we don't live in Victorian England. But it was just so cute. The merchandise is top quality, with prices to go with it. But this is a Mom and Pop storefront, supporting Mom and Pop manufacturers. The American in me wants to support this venture, perhaps in direct defiance of the Super Wal-Mart that is going to break ground just a mile away. There were sale racks, so you can take comfort in that. I urge you, though, if you have sons, grandsons, nephews, or are looking for a gift for a birthday party, please shop in the places where the CEOs have a modest mortgage payment and a dream to provide something new to the marketplace.
