We took a few different branded 7 irons to the simulator where I tried them out and chose the one that felt best to me. We did the same thing for the drivers, and I picked a putter on my own since there was a separate section for putters. It wasn't too busy when we walked in, but it got busier over the next half hour. To say my experience at Chris Cotes was amazing would be an understatement. I originally was…read morereferred into Cote's for a club fitting and as an amateur I was quite nervous.The staff at Cote's made me feel so comfortable and helped me truly feel what clubs were best for me. It took several fitting sessions to find the best clubs and I finally feel confident in my swing! A few weeks after ordering my new set, my two year old driver broke (keep in mind I didn't purchase it through them). They went above in beyond to work with Taylormade to try and get it covered under warranty, but when Taylormade refused to cover it, Cote's decided to cover it. No big box store would have ever done anything close to this - I thought this kind of customer service was dead.
