I worked with Amanda for the year and a half leading up to our wedding and she was so so responsive, answered every question we had, checked-in with us throughout the planning process unprompted. She was a doll to work with and made sure that everything was smooth beforehand. Onsite, the team was a breeze. Dinner was served on-time and everything we ordered was exactly as expected. The onsite staff was wonderful, our Bartender was charming, and the price was unbeatable. We had many attendees from Texas, the Carolinas and other BBQ hot-spots and they gave the food a big thumbs up. Don't hesitate to book! You're not going to find a better option in this price-point.

As people who really enjoy food, (and since we were going to have fairly tame selections for the wedding), we wanted to get some unique options for our rehearsal dinner. It was a real pleasure to work with Phillip on a menu. He was incredibly interested and attentive to all of our thoughts. We ended up going with options of a beautifully elevated and seasonal Moulard Duck, Market Fish (Salmon), and Gnudi dumplings that nearly turned me vegetarian for the night. Everything from apps to salad to dessert was absolutely delicious, and we got so many rave comments from our guests. Despite having 30 people, we were able to get everyone together at one gigantic long table stretching across the dining room. It was such an intimate and lovely experience that I can't imagine getting anywhere else. The acoustics were great. We were in total control of the sound, as well as what would be served at the bar, and of course we had the place to ourselves for the whole night. Having a venue we could open up to additional guests after dinner was important to us as well. The front wall of the studio opens up and on a nice night (which we had) you can also mingle outside. Everyone we met with at CC was professional and kind, responded quickly and informatively to emails. We went in for a tasting, which they were very flexible about booking us in for seeing as we don't live in the area and had a small window of time over Christmas when we were in town. The food was DELICIOUS. Especially the mashed potatoes. And the cookies. Ooh and the chicken. OK all the food was delicious. The presentation was gorgeous, they even bring linens for your non-catering tables like the gift tables, cake table, sign in table etc, which really helped us. You can pick the table cloths up the day before (which I HIGHLY recommend doing) and drop them off the next day, you just give them a deposit check which they rip up once you've returned them. There was plenty of food, and they let you take home the leftovers if you bring your own containers. I'm so glad we did, because they were delicious left overs and we ate them for days. Seriously, the mashed potatoes.. The value is SUPERB. Compared to other companies in the area (and I did a LOT of comparisons), they beat out everyone. They don't stick on extras "fees" for every little thing, either. Table cloths are included, centerpieces are even included if you want them (mirror, vase and candles, you have to provide the actual flowers yourself - go to Costco). There are lots of options if you want to upgrade, but you really can pick your price point and have a great experience with them no matter what. They cut your cake for you, even if they didn't provide the cake. They just do it to be nice. We were really happy with our choice, and already have friends in the area who have booked them for their reception! Highly recommended.
