The kid's menu burger is incredibly large, two patties. Amazing. Their online presence for ordering was so very well thought out, so many options to add, and a note section (shrooms on the side was received). Wally's side of Alfredo, yes please! Street style tacos- fresh tasting and good strong cilantro. Steak bites- side of some dark greens as requested, very fulfilling. Fruit cups came with the burger- that was some good selections. Our man server- kind, courteous. We've been customers for years and will continue to be so. -The Tight Squad

We stopped in for a late lunch on our way through town…read more The restaurant is spacious with the bar and a separate dining area as well as a rooftop which was closed so I didn't see it. The bar was pretty empty at the time but a nice woman walked by us and made a few recommendations on the menu since she loved them so much. Lisa is the bartender and server. She was pleasant and regularly checked on us. Since the woman recommended the Chicken Wild Rice and Mushroom soup, we each decided to order a cup to go with our sandwiches. I ordered the BLT with fries. The bacon was crispy and the sandwich was delicious. Fries were hot and crispy. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. He said it was tasty. Now, to the chicken wild rice and mushroom soup. This is by far the most delicious wild rice soup we have ever eaten. My husband, being from the area has grown up eating chicken wild rice soup so we've eaten a lot of it over time. We loved it so much we bought a quart to go. Apparently everyone else loves it as well as she had pre to go containers of the soup for purchase. Now, the only gripe I have is the charge for extra sauces like a small mayo, etc. Really? This is so petty to do to your customers. Just don't. Other than that, we enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

Getting our food took a little bit of time and the dining room was packed. There is a sign on the main sign for the building that says that they are looking for a cook which might be the reason why our food took so long to come out. I'm gluten free so I cannot indulge in the popover. I ordered the 8 ounce filet, salad with French dressing, tomato juice, and a baked potato. The salad was good. The French dressing was chunky. Was okay. Tomato juice was good. I ordered my filet medium rare and it came out medium to medium well. I was starving at this point so I wasn't going to mention that my steak wasn't cooked to my specifications. When I started to eat the potato, it was quite gritty and/or sandy on the skin so I started only eating the inside. Overall it was an okay experience...next time I'll pass on the baked potato and maybe get a different main entree. Other side notes is that the main dining room is quite tight to move around and very loud if it's at full capacity.

Once we finally got a hold of someone after an hour, the owner claimed he did not have it booked and was 2 hours away at a different wedding before telling us "calm down" and what do we expect him to do. Left the entire wedding with no food and an obviously very upset bride and groom. Horrible communication, obviously unorganized if they triple booked themselves, and offered no options or help except for another hour later calling saying he could try to come now after we had to scramble to come up with an alternative food option. Would not recommend.
