To run through the evening courses let's start with the opening app and cocktail. The Chips & Dip, house made seasoned chips with a perfect Blue Cheese dip with caramelized shallots, I suggest ordering an extra cup of the dip as there are an abundance of chips. My first cocktail was perfect or shall we say a "Pear-Fect Manhattan". This play on the Manhattan had a hint of pear and was spirit forward. We continued the evening with two sharable plates, the first was the Tenderloin Steak Bites served with a perfect Wasabi Kimchi Sauce. As tender as it was, the steak could have used more seasoning or being marinated in that delicious sauce. The second sharable was the Chile Seared Shrimp, placed atop delicious Cheesy Grits, very yummy. The evening ended with the most amazing dessert and paired cocktail. By all means, do yourself a favor and indulge in the most decadent Butter Cake drizzled in a Bourbon Caramel Sauce paired with a Amaretto Sour cocktail. You wouldn't necessarily know it, but the White Rabbit nestled in this strip mall sets itself up with the ambiance as a high end establishment.

I ordered the Rib Roast Dip. It was very good. I ate half there and boxed up the other half. the other half was actually better the next day! She answered our Many many questions and really worked with us to help us find what we really wanted as far as meal choices and linen details went. All of our guests raved about the wild rice stuffed chicken. I would highly recommend it. The plated meals were served promptly which was impressive compared to previous weddings we have been to. In initially meetings with Jamie we discussed switching out the punch for lemonade. I didn't realize that it was not on the agreement which was no fault of hers just a tiny detail that got missed by us. We had a lemonade stand set up for the lemonade and everything. When we realized the mix up and brought it up to the caterers they wanted to help us out so badly. We were blown away when they ran out to purchase some. I would highly recommend Lisa's. They are wonderful!!! It is an easy choice to go with Lisa's. You will not regret it.

We hired this business to cater our daughters wedding. We are from out of state and trusted the…read moreowner of the venue. What a complete mess they made of the meal. I wish I could have had the sense to take pictures. We paid a high price for food that Dennys wouldn't even serve They sent three people to cook and serve for a family style dinner for 47 people. The upgrade dishes were corelle ware. Cheap silverware and tacky stem ware. Luckily we brought our own linen napkins. The meal itself was inedible. I had to leave the table. Dry meat, soggy , wilted , brown salad . Paid for food we didn't even get. I had to get up and clear dishes. They served the dinner so poorly. The first served tables were done eating before the other tables even got their food. Most people didn't even eat the food ! And it was only 47 people . I can not even begin to wish this catering service on anyone. Stay away from them. It was beyond awful !!! I can't even list all that were done so poorly!

They helped us plan the perfect menu of small bites, while taking in our feedback about our guests. Delivery, setup and takedown was perfectly on time and Nicole was a pleasure to talk with and work with! The food from Chowgirls is phenomenal! The whole agency was raving and asking where it was from - we even had a couple of people want to use them for their upcoming celebrations! Some highlights for me included: * The hot chocolate tarte was rich and delicious - and it truly was a hot chocolate flavor! * The apple manchego sandwiches were the perfect blend of fall flavors, and everyone was shocked it wasn't a dry sandwich with all the toppings! It was a crowd favorite. * the steak skewers were perfectly cooked and tender, even served cold! * The mezze platter was delicious and filling, with some unique flavors Overall, I would recommend Chowgirls to anyone and would definitely use them again!

Every Sunday Mike will show up to the house to hand deliver the week's meals and explain any special directions for preparing them. I have 5 meals delivered for the week, but you have the option of doing 10 if so desired. The meals show up vacuum sealed to maintain freshness until you serve them. Mike prepares 4 different meals every week, and the menu changes weekly. Each meal contains a meat, vegetable, and grain or starch which is great for those of us trying to keep a more balanced intake. The styles and flavors vary in the same which makes for a nice assortment throughout the week. The service is incredibly convenient for anyone, only having to simmer the bag between 5-10 minutes and serve. The only thing I would recommend is sending out the next week's menu with the delivery so people can cross of any options that they aren't interested in. Great service!

I liked that there was plenty of parking, and that the ticketpeople were visible. I could see why this troupe picked this venue, but I will say this if you plan on having an event here - the decorating could use a bit of an upgrade. We had okay service from the waitstaff - though they were plenty friendly, the two waitresses for our table must not have communicated with one another very well. One would tell the other to run back and grab us more coffee or water, disappeared, and forgot to bring the item back. When the time came to pay for the tab, it became a Laurel and Hardy routine of who was supposed to bring back my change and I ended up waiting around until everyone else in the audience had filed out.
