They helped us plan the perfect menu of small bites, while taking in our feedback about our guests. Delivery, setup and takedown was perfectly on time and Nicole was a pleasure to talk with and work with! The food from Chowgirls is phenomenal! The whole agency was raving and asking where it was from - we even had a couple of people want to use them for their upcoming celebrations! Some highlights for me included: * The hot chocolate tarte was rich and delicious - and it truly was a hot chocolate flavor! * The apple manchego sandwiches were the perfect blend of fall flavors, and everyone was shocked it wasn't a dry sandwich with all the toppings! It was a crowd favorite. * the steak skewers were perfectly cooked and tender, even served cold! * The mezze platter was delicious and filling, with some unique flavors Overall, I would recommend Chowgirls to anyone and would definitely use them again!

Well let's just say, I don't give out five stars lightly. Absolutely amazing food and cocktails!!…read moreOf course not everything was perfect, but near to it. To run through the evening courses let's start with the opening app and cocktail. The Chips & Dip, house made seasoned chips with a perfect Blue Cheese dip with caramelized shallots, I suggest ordering an extra cup of the dip as there are an abundance of chips. My first cocktail was perfect or shall we say a "Pear-Fect Manhattan". This play on the Manhattan had a hint of pear and was spirit forward. We continued the evening with two sharable plates, the first was the Tenderloin Steak Bites served with a perfect Wasabi Kimchi Sauce. As tender as it was, the steak could have used more seasoning or being marinated in that delicious sauce. The second sharable was the Chile Seared Shrimp, placed atop delicious Cheesy Grits, very yummy. The evening ended with the most amazing dessert and paired cocktail. By all means, do yourself a favor and indulge in the most decadent Butter Cake drizzled in a Bourbon Caramel Sauce paired with a Amaretto Sour cocktail. You wouldn't necessarily know it, but the White Rabbit nestled in this strip mall sets itself up with the ambiance as a high end establishment.

She answered our Many many questions and really worked with us to help us find what we really wanted as far as meal choices and linen details went. All of our guests raved about the wild rice stuffed chicken. I would highly recommend it. The plated meals were served promptly which was impressive compared to previous weddings we have been to. In initially meetings with Jamie we discussed switching out the punch for lemonade. I didn't realize that it was not on the agreement which was no fault of hers just a tiny detail that got missed by us. We had a lemonade stand set up for the lemonade and everything. When we realized the mix up and brought it up to the caterers they wanted to help us out so badly. We were blown away when they ran out to purchase some. I would highly recommend Lisa's. They are wonderful!!! It is an easy choice to go with Lisa's. You will not regret it.
