In all fairness I am a new patient and have only been to her one time. I was a little ticked that I was kept waiting for an hour past my appointment time, I hope she reads her reviews because this is not about the front desk...I can't help but think they are not organized, yet they had time to send me 2 emails, 2 texts and 1 voice mail to remind me to be on time for my appointment.....but they can be late, with no explanation...hmmmm I didn't make a big deal about it because Dr V is super, she has a delightful personality and she is very thorough. read more

Dr. Viltuznik has been my doctor for MANY MANY years and I absolutely love her! She is one of the sweetest doctors who I've ever had to see, she never rushes you and genuinely listens to you and talks to you like a friend and not a patient. Every time I see her it's like seeing an old friend who also gives great life advice. I will continue to see her until she decides to retire and even then I'd beg her not to! Dr Viltuznik is awesome, but the front staff, especially Marina are horrible. Marina needs to work as an accountant where she doesn't interact with people, she has no empathy, she cuts you off when you're speaking and doesn't have the skills to work the front desk. Dr V should be horrified that she is the first person that her patients come into contact with. If it wasn't for the doctor being so wonderful I would switch. I cringe every time she answers the phone. Either train your front staff to be more empathetic and have better customer service skills or get new staff to deal with people. read more

After changing doctors every few months for the past 2 years, I've finally found Dr. V! All my other experiences seemed rushed and I didn't feel cared about by the doctor seeing me, but Dr. V made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She made it clear that she cared about me, even on my first visit. She even said we can call her office anytime, even on the weekends if it's an emergency, and she or her other co-doctor will be able to prescribe something and send it in to a pharmacy. Provided I don't move too far away anytime soon, Dr. V will be my go-to doctor. read more

We recently switched to a New Health insurance and provided. We picked this Dr and her office for my wife. As we just had a baby and she doesn't have a doctor anymore. Well this office says they were excepting new patients so when we called she said oh well we're not really excepting new patients until March. Than we switched doctors and it happened to be a different doctor in the same office. The receptionist was rude and told us one thing and then back tracked and lied and told us something else. Get ur crap together. I wouldn't go to this doctor office at all. read more

Dr V has been treating our family for many years. She always makes you feel like you're her only patient of the day. She's so attentive and really cares about her patients. I have had to see some specialists for my health and it's such a bummer when the dr keeps you waiting then won't even look at you. I know dr's are very busy but at least Dr. V is attentive. read more

I will qualify this review by saying that Dr. V has been my PCP for 3 years. She was a recommendation from my wife. She has been ok in terms of care and advice, although follow up times are a problem and her front end office staff can be positively rude and unpleasant. I remember they would not take a CC for a $10 copay and insisted I go to the ATM. I was a patient for over 2 years and with several office visit behind me. They refused to send me a bill for $10 co-pay. I think they anticipated that I would skip town. Seriously for $10 bucks?????? I recently had an injury that needed a referral to a specialist. I took them two days to call me about the lab results. This is after my wife called them everyday and told them that I was in a lot of pain. Then Dr. V called and I asked her if I was able to go to work with my fracture diagnosis. She said she does not 'practise mediciane on the phone' and I need to come to the office. She was rude and inappropriate. She is a good doctor but I think she is focussed more on the business side of her practise and not enough on her patients. read more

Dr V has been my doctor for about 10 years. She is an amazing doctor and just a wonderful person. She always makes me feel good, no matter how sick or upset I am! She has a great balance of knowing when to take things seriously and follow up with tests or specialists, and when to tell me to relax and not worry about something. I am a cancer survivor so having this confidence in my doctor is extremely important. I think the office staff is awesome. They are efficient, professional, and very kind. I really like them all! Also, I have really severe anxiety disorder and going to a doctor is usually terrifying to me. She makes me feel much more relaxed, and has helped me tremendously to get my anxiety under control. read more

Went to see Dr. Janja Viltuznik today, as a new patient. I was so incredibly impressed! Not only was the office staff friendly, professional, and very upbeat, so was Dr. Viltuznik. She came in the room engaged my two yr old, introduced herself, and was just all around friendly and welcoming. She made me feel at ease and literally sat down and listened to my concerns and addressed each one. The office itself has a big comfy couch and comfortable leather chairs. Its clean and bright. Dr. V was my doctor for 20 years. I think shes the best doctor I have ever seen. Her and her staff are very professional. No matter what I had wrong with me they helped me by running tests everything they needed to do to find out what was wrong. I'm just sad that I had to leave because I had to move away.
