Dr Elmzadeh is truly a caring doctor. I have been seeing her for just about a year now, and I really appreciate the time she takes with me and the genuine concern she has for my medical issues. She has called me after hours to discuss my issues and gets back to me in a timely manner when I have questions for her. I am extremely satisfied with the care she gives to me and my daughter. read more

If you are reading this, steer clear and far away. Choose another provider for care and do not establish care. Dr. Mahshid Elmzadeh. I agree with this particular comment to hold true and be accurate of her bedside manner and approach to patient care: "Doctor Mahshid Elmzadeh MD is "bordering" on disgrace to her profession and this is why". (Read whole review below) I too experienced this quick change of personality and abrasive bedside manner when asking a general question for care. If you express concerns about your loved one's care and treatment plan, she will get defensive, neglectful and dismissive. She does not have professionalism to be of service or provide genuine care for patients or loved ones. In addition, her practices are not aligned with the oath she took as a physician. You can message me if you want the details, but her license requires to report abuse and neglect. One call to the Medical Board and she can get reported for this. When you share a private matter that is important to the care of a patient for her to know, she gets defensive, angered and gives a quick tempered condescending response. She will not chart it, as if she does, she will be in trouble for not reporting it. She does not practice medicine, she just collects a salary and clock in for her time. I have had family friends who referred us, no longer see her as she did not remember or have any record of the prescription she gave them. She also has mismanaged care by over prescribing to family member. Her medical competence is low if that and she only knows are to refer not treat. You can give the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions, however, if this has been an experience for over a decade, you know its negligence and incompetence as a medical professional. Choose another doctor at all costs. There are plenty to go to, do not have your loved one under her care or yourself. read more

Dr. Elmzadeh is simply amazing. From the moment I met her, I could tell how intelligent, compassionate, and attentive she is. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Her knowledge and expertise are unmatched--I felt like I was in the best hands possible. It's rare to find a doctor who is not only incredibly smart but also genuinely kind. I'm so grateful for the care she provided and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a top-notch physician. read more

Dr Elmzadeh she has been my family physician since 2005, she is very caring and spends time with the patients in her office, excellent diagnostic skills . Friendly office staff , great follow ups, I have moved to Palos Verdes California which is 45 miles to her office but I still would like her to remain as my primary Doctor and can't trust switching to any other physicians since I greatly believe in her knowledge & skills. read more

I wanted to put 0 stars, but there is not that option! The receptionists are very rude and not interested of your problem. Dr.Elmzageg..... she overcharged me for a second time... Don't go to that place..... this is not a real doctor office.... They charged you for what they want without explanation..... And when you receive the bill , you're asking yourself What did she do for that amount of money ???? Last step I called the Billing office, and I asked the explanation for what I was charged..... the answer was: or pay or we are go to give it to the Collection Agency..... No comment.... That place is such a joke!!! read more

Doctor Mahshid Elmzadeh MD is "bordering" on disgrace to her profession and this is why. At first glance she is very warm & fuzzy, sincere, friendly and kind however she specializes in an Old Persian physician's pastime (TAUSS) AKA referrals or patient swapping to other local friendly physicians in her circle! I can't calibrate or pass judgment on her knowledgebase or her skillfulness or her competence as I'm not a doctored but I have been taking my mother of 88 Y/O to her for a few years now and at best she's very sociable but her skills are at best mediocre "if that at best" as she is not careful of medications and the Sid effects of her prescriptions and (IF) questioned she will flip in front of you and just short of a full exorcism with the head doing a full 360 in front of you and the changing of the voice and I was disappointed she didn't gush vomit at me. That would have been a full complete exorcism experience. On a positive note she is friendly a morale booster for elderly patients her bed side manners are excellent as long as you don't question her treatments & medications and you don't mind getting networked around by her circle of physicians read more

It's nice to be treated well. I've always been able to talk to Dr. Elmzadeh and get my problems resolved. Coming to her office is like dealing with trusted family. Doctor always treated me professionally, and made my visits as comfortable as they could. I'm very thankful for the excellent care. read more

Our family loves Dr. Elmzadeh. We have been going to her since 2007 when we moved to Irvine. She has such a wonderful and caring way with the kids. Even when they have to get shots, they are not afraid because Dr. Elmzadeh is so gentle. She always returns my calls when I have a question. Miriam in the front office is great as well and is very courteous. read more

A very thorough and capable Doctor. Discovered a heart issue for me that was overlooked by previous Doctors. She is the best

Do not waste your time to see this person. If it does not matter to wait more than one hour to visit her then go for it!!! Otherwise, find a better PCP for yourself and your family. Recently, this person came to work with OptumeCare instead of Dr. Jahroomi but she never knows about time management. I was waiting more than one hour but she was on her phone!!!! read more

Extremely rude and unprofessional.  Do not waste your money and time. When I  searched for a civil surgeon on USCIS using my zip code (Irvine, CA) at that time, I got Dr. Benhoor Khalpari's contact. My husband and I went to this doctor's office for my husband's "Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Records" form I-693. First of all, the doctor who was working there was Dr. Mahshid Elmzadeh, whom I don't really know anymore is a qualified USCIS civil surgeon (on our form she stamped 'Benhoor Khalpari' therefore USCIS wouldn't even know Elmzadeh has filled out the form). Anyways, she performed the screening and Vaccinations including the tuberculosis skin test. Then charged us $400 (which by the way is not regulated by USCIS and each physician pulls the fee out of air). We had to go back two days later for the tuberculosis test reading,  at which point, she gave us the sealed envelope so that we can submit to the USCIS. Now we didn't really know how the form should be filled out and as her job, we anticipated/ trusted that she knows what she is doing. After a few months,  we got our interview and at the end of interview,  we were told that we are pretty much approved. But instead of getting an approval letter, we got a notice saying that this particular form is "incomplete" and we have to submit a new one. I emailed the photocopy of this form to our lawyer and he confirmed that Dr. Elmzadeh has left the "ID Number" in the 'Form of Applicant ID' part blank! Hence, due to her mistake,  my husband's immigration progress was delayed, we had to pay another civil surgeon (about $300) to redo the entire screening and form, and go thru all that blood work/ tuberculosis skin test/ etc... not to mention that at this time we had a newborn baby, I was a c-section,  and the weather in Seattle was extremely cold, now imagine the trouble she has caused us! With all this in mind, I called her office to let her know about her mistake.  When I called, very very politely,  I explained the situation.  The lady who I assume was the receptionist,  said: "what do you want me to do"... not a "sorry" or "let me check with the Dr. to see what we can do to fix this" ...no! Just a very rude "what do you want me to do". So again very respectfully, I explained to her that their service was worthless to us and I would appreciate it if they could consider a refund of our $400. She got Dr. Elmzadeh on the phone. I thought: 'good, she is a Dr. , she is well-educated and she will at least own up to her mistake,  right?' ....WRONG!!!  Rudely,  she told me to take the copy of the form she had filled out plus the USCIS notice to her office for her to see and then she will redo it for us. And no matter how many times I told her that we have moved to Washington and are no longer in California, she kept repeating it. I told her that I am not going to buy plane tickets to fly to California with a newborn baby so that she can redo something we can just do in Washington...and give her a second chance to inconvenience us!Therefore,  finally I offered to scan and email her. In my email I, very respectfully, asked for a refund. She responded to my email, and I quote, "Which vaccine is missing???" .... I had never expected an educated doctor to respond like that...I mean first of all, who said anything about missing Vaccination? How dumb can you be to even misunderstand something that I have clearly explained once over the phone and once in the body of my email, which apparently you have not even read! Secondly, why does your email look like it was written by a 7-year old? Seeing this, I asked our lawyer to talk to her. She had told our lawyer that she charges  $130 per person and if we go back, she can redo it for free. I told our lawyer that she lied about $130 since we paid $400 and I don't know how to make her unintelligent brain understand that her worthless services don't worth the plane ticket and the time to travel to California.  All this was in the addition of the fact that she had used an expired form in the first place and her nurse who did the tuberculosis skin test, applied it to my husband's upper arm instead of his forearm, which basically is wrong... All in all, don't waste your time and money with her and risk a delay in your immigration process by going to this person. She doesn't even have the decency to own up to her mistake and apologize! read more
