In the very beginning when he first started and was a brand new doctor, he was awesome. Now he's a total jerk and he has his uneducated office staff and PA running the business. just a few of our most prominent issues: 1. I was extorted by the front office, that he would not see me unless I paid a missed appointment, which I did not schedule. 2. The office refused to treat me, for a raging bladder infection that they tested me for, even though I'm a regular annual patient. I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this. Don't say you weren't warned. ....*add the fact that he stands by his uneducated and extremely unprofessional staff, says even more. Do better Dr Kurtz. We ended up going to Dr Annette Bernhut in Orange and she is AWESOME. She cares about you as a person, vs you being the enemy

Michelle and Dr. Le (pronounced Lay for those of us that need the reminder) are top notch people and very well versed in how to communicate with patients. First, I would like to acknowledge how easy it was to contact them, leave a message, and I heard back from them ASAP. I actually was able to get into see Dr. Le the same day; :) I'm so grateful, too. Furthermore, the care that was shown to me was extraordinary. I don't think I've had the same experience with anyone else. I really liked how they charted my history and Dr. Le used a white board, which is so brilliant because I could visually see all of my options (versus remembering them). Together, they are a class act and therein if you're looking for a new Doctor, I highly recommend you give them a try. Today I picked up my medication (for my breathing ailment) and am hoping in a few days I'll be feeling much better. Thanks (again) Dr. Le and Michelle!!!

We had full confidence in the precision and dependability of the results, allowing us to place our trust in the diagnosis, especially when a qualified doctor double-checks a prescription before dispatching it to the laboratory. However, there was no such thing as a real doctor's recheck. We realized we made a mistake when we picked up our glasses. After we put on the glasses, we realized that our vision was still blurred, and we could barely see anything when the sun went down. We realized that we had been misled and had relied too heavily on the diagnosis of Ketchum's students. We were frustrated and disappointed that we wasted our time and money.

Most recently, I spent 19 minutes on hold just to schedule an appointment. The staff no longer seems as welcoming and attentive as they once were. In addition, the online chat feature--which made it convenient to schedule appointments and communicate with providers--has been removed, making routine interactions much more difficult. As a result, I have decided to switch to another healthcare provider. The difference in service was immediately noticeable: my call was answered in less than two minutes, and my appointment was scheduled within five minutes. After more than two decades as a loyal patient, I am disappointed to leave, but the current level of service no longer meets my expectations.

I work in the healthcare field and I guarantee you it is very rare and it is extremely difficult to find a doctor like him. He is not only knowledgeable and skilled but more than anything, he is wonderfully caring. Dr. Kwon takes his time in assessing each kid and he talks to each kid to make sure that he or she is comfortable. Dr. Kwon then always spends a great amount of time with the parents in ensuring that the each parent is free of concerns and questions. I can go on and on about Dr. Kwon because he truly is amazing.
