It is clear that the correspondence team is failing to contact the doctor, creating a dangerous gap in patient care. My husband has been without life-saving medication for 3 months due to these administrative failures. This is not a doctor issue; this is a systemic failure of Healthy U's communication. The lack of follow-through and poor customer service is putting my husband's health and safety at risk. HealthyU is retaining the calls to book appointments Instead of going thru each office doing their own. I assume it's FOR ALL of their clinics. I called at 10:18 in the morning to be told I'm 72 in the queue another time in November it was 80 something. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Making an appointment thru the portal was INACCURATE & UNACCEPTABLE soonest was March. I originally had an appointment scheduled for a Tuesday, due to construction it was canceled. I found out online when doing the online "prepare for your visit". IF you're going to cancel an appointment, YOU CALL THE PATIENT AND RESCHEDULE. I did get a hold of a person at 7:30am on he gave me an appointment time and date but it didn't show in the system. It was never booked. Thankfully the staff responded to my message in the portal and got me a timely appointment. THE STAFF AND DR CHENG ARE GREAT. But seriously, HEALTHYU gets a big fat FAIL

I refused to pay the $50 to come BACK to the office the same day, for the RX. 3. His physicians assistant incorrectly diagnosed me as having HPV. And I had to go to another doctor for an incredibly painful procedure, all for nothing. I did not have HPV. 4. In my opinion Kurtz now has a God complex, he didn't used to. ***5. THEY REFUSED TO TREAT ME, AFTER I LEFT MY URINE SAMPLE....UNLESS I PAID WHAT FEELS LIKE A $50 EXTORTION FEE, in order to give me my prescription. When the doctor says they don't hold back care because of an unpaid balance, that is entirely incorrect, and I believe he's lying. His behavior is reprehensible, and he is fully aware of this.
