The office is tiny, maybe 15 seats total. I had to go to the receptionist to ask for help and was finally called. The receptionist scheduled me for a cleaning, today (the next day). I arrived today, 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, just in case there was paperwork. I sat for almost an hour, while I watched everyone who came after me be taken care of. I finally went to the counter because I had to leave in time to pick up my child from school. I hate that I have to mention this, but, I was the only black person, on both days. Please do better.

I consistently have difficulty getting in contact with this office, which is especially concerning…read moregiven that I've been dealing with serious health issues and need timely communication with my doctor. I call repeatedly and am often left on hold until I'm sent to voicemail, and despite leaving multiple messages, I rarely receive a response. This level of communication is unacceptable, particularly when it involves patients' health and well-being, and it reflects very poorly on the office's professionalism and care.
