Tomato soup paired perfectly with the rich grilled cheese. The apple scone was sweet and fresh. Of course I took Rockland's best fudgey brownie home along with a chocolate chip rye cookie and the rest of my scone. The service is always great and it feels good to be remembered by the staff and owner! It feels personal and endearing. The atmosphere has remained friendly and it was so good to see other people enjoying their goodies as much as I. They also do meal deliveries so you won't have to miss them too bad! Ordered my daughter's birthday cake, they were very accommodating on a short notice custom order. The owner was in town and made it herself. It came out fabulous and it was delicious. I will say that the chocolate cake was a little bit drier than I feel that it should have been. The vanilla cake was perfect. I do like that all of the cupcakes were filled into the center. My favorite of those that I purchased was the Hostess style. All of the cupcakes were thoughtfully decorated. 4 cupcakes cost just over $17. Each is priced somewhere between $4.25 and $4.95.
