Since we came for a tasting, we were seated at the bar. We looked forward to the standard tasting (7, 3/4 oz pours), but found out once we were seated that they weren't doing those that day because they were busier earlier in the day. Instead, they offered us a flight (4, 2oz pours) for $15. However the glasses didn't have lines on them and the pours we got were significantly less than the couple next to us who were served by a different person. As far as the wines, they had a variety of sweet and dry, red and white, but I didn't find any that I loved. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back for the atmosphere, since this seems like a great space for events, or with friends since they have a large selection of wines. I also felt like the staff were helpful and friendly too.

People rush to get in line so they get something to eat. A group of us are here together and when we added up room and the cost of meals we just were shocked. Cold congealed oatmeal with no toppings? Tomato sauce from a can tossed on pasta for dinner? I've been hungry after each meal. Very poorly managed. We won't even mentioned the problems with room mix-ups. If you want to enjoy the property, come for the day. But bring your own food and don't stay overnight.

As a member of the Lake association I was allowed to rent the association clubhouse building for Friday and Saturday. Everyone had a wonderful time. Dwight and his staff showed up promptly on time, set up quickly and efficiently. They were very accommodating and cooperative and were a contributing factor in success of my daughter's wedding. I give him a solid five stars! It would be a six if there was such a thing. ;) They are based locally in Hudson falls and their pretended recipes, service and prices are beyond reproach. This was served with an excellent coleslaw and a fabulous potato salad. Dwight made sure that there was absolutely no shortage of any of the catered food. We contracted for 50 guests. But I swear he cooked enough food for 100. I literally just spent 2 hours packing away the leftovers this morning. This is after insisting that anyone who wanted and could please take a large pan of barbecue products home! Don't forget that they have multiple flavors of custom BBQ sauces. Each one is different and unique but very flavorful.
