I received a list of vendors from our synagogue and called all of them. The only one that was genuinely willing to work with me was OnTheMarc. Amanda and Marc understood completely what we were trying to accomplish and our budgetary restrictions. Everything from salad to lobster exceeded our expectations. The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful for any type of celebration! It can be decorated or customized in any way you want. The cheese on the board, in addition to the Halloumi skewers, was also unreal. He made us something else special too but I can recall. All you have to know is it was gluten free, low carb, and bomb. Turns out a lot of the food with protein was bread based so he whipped up an entire plate of food for us without bread, on endives and other not gluten varieties.
