The pluses here are that the parking garages all have free spaces, there's some parking lots to the south with plenty of space; which is great since paying for the street parking is a misuse of private funds in addition to being inconvenient. There's a ton of foot traffic here on Thursday- Sundays from the non office folks hanging around city center. Lots of restaurants are in walking distance from most of the office buildings, with my personal pick being the Chipotle for quick and solid fast casual food and Taste of Texas being the higher end steakhouse with a personality. I don't care much for most of the stores here as I feel they're more a storefront and advertisement than anything else since I've never really bought anything from this area.
