Had tried a few other girls who did flawless service as well but some techs are more skilled in certain methods vs others but the job gets done overall. Every time we get to visit my in laws in Cypress, we're blessed to take their boat out on Town Lake and head over to the boardwalk. This past weekend I paddle boarded for the first time and it was such a rush and awesome workout! Love the gorgeous lake and being able to park the boat out at the boardwalk marina, and head over to visit the shops and restaurants. Their ginormous Christmas tree is already up for the holidays! The Boardwalk is very nice. You can sit and watch the water and sometimes boats passing by. It has several restaurants that over look the water as well. The Boardwalk has this great area in the middle for kids to play, families to sit and socialize. It is always well maintained. Holiday decorations, beautiful landscaping and lights at night. Cute place for date night. There is quite a variety of food you can pick from: pizza, Mexican food, Chick-fil-a, Torchy Tacos, World of Beer and many more. There is also nail salon, Pilates, exercise studio, boutiques, business offices, dentist & a coffee shop. It has just about everything. They are getting ready to open Kendra Scott too. The only problem is the parking. It is always so busy, parking is a nightmare at times. read more

I only give 3 stars because of how beautiful this place is. But wow me and my kids were excited to see the Christmas tree lighting but we had to leave. I was trying to get some Christmas spirit this place did not help the depression I tell you that. Now we arrive and already three people cannot drive for the likes of them. The parking spots all clogged with cars you can barely drive it's ridiculous then they had signs for shuttle why. Anyways we went to a near by neighborhoods had a huge tacky light house. Needless to say get your act together with the tree lighting next year I'm going to old town spring. read more

The Boardwalk is a beautiful place on the lake. It would seem like the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and read or just park and relax. The only issue is that you can't enjoy it without being harassed. There's a security guard that consistently comes up to your car asking to see what establishment you've patronized. Apparently, you can't just eat your Chick-fil-a in your car without being confronted by this security guard. It's uncomfortable and unacceptable for any guard to come up to the window of my car every single time I'm parked at the Boardwalk. I don't see this guard going up to any other cars. It seems targeted. Doesn't he have anything else to do besides harass PAYING customers?? I have brought this up to Boardwalk management (Woody and Anthony) and the problem was not resolved. In fact, it's only become worse. That security guard now zooms up to my car every time I'm parked, looks inside, and tries to have a conversation. Unacceptable!! I can't even enjoy the lake in peace! Because this issue was not resolved, my family and I will no longer frequent the Boardwalk. read more

Haven't been here in along time & of course has been closed but all open again. The weathers beautiful, shops are open, Music on the pavilion & we've enjoyed it so much. Will rate Boardwalk Inn & restaurants too. If you go on Saturday night for dinner go early or you may not be able to get in anywhere & have to leave to find food. By 8pm none of the restaurants were taking anymore reservations but we did get to eat at the outside bar at the Flying Dutchman. read more

This is a very beautiful boardwalk. It is nice and has a lot of entertainment and fun things to do ,but there is a big issue with the rules and the security guards. I understand that kids aren't allowed past 6:00 without an adult,but they need to have a sign or make the rules clear. They harassed my little brother and his friends because they were there past 6:00 ,and he didn't know the rules. The security measures need to relax a little bit because, it really is not that deep. read more

I've frequented this attraction for years. Actually attended a July 4 celebration when it was still undeveloped land. It's a family oriented yet, calming place. My 3 daughters grew up here and worked here. The lake could benefit from a dredging. And power washing the surrounding stones more frequently. Black mold/mildew growing near food and people is neither healthy or aesthetically pleasing. Shopping is not appealing. But on Farmers Mkt day, good finds for all. Restaurants have come and gone, especially the good ones. Now, there are only inferior and mediocre restaurants at best. This is a beautiful place!! If 290 were not such a nightmare I would definitely love to live in this area. There are several restaurants nearby including, MOD Pizza and Torche's. There are also a number of luxury spas and salons in the area. I was here in early April, in the afternoon. The weather was very nice, there was even a little breeze going! This is the la centerra of cypress. Its very nice, esp at night all lit up. Everything is new, they have some good places to eat like Mod Pizza and Torchys. Sams Boat is there for a bar but hopefully a better place comes in that serves better beer. Still a lot of vacant shop areas but this place has real potential. They have a massive man make lake which you can go boating and skiing in apparently. Pretty cool place to visit and walk around. read more

This place is already amazing and it is expanding every day! There are over 20 restaurants and cafes right now plus a few clothing and gift boutiques. My favorite places are The Cheese Bar, Sub Zero, and The Royal Standard. I haven't tried MOD Pizza yet, but I have heard amazing things. At night it is all lit up and they do community events in the open green area regularly. People even bring their boats to the dock. Parking is tight right now, but they are almost done with the expanded lots. This is probably the best place in Cypress for someone that is more used to City Center in Houston or The Domain in Austin. read more
