I love the vibe at LaCenterra. There is wonderful places to shop and great restaurants. Let's not forget dessert places too. Perry's Steakhouse, Alamo Drafthouse, Ambriza Social(coming soon), Dish Society, Gelato & Co, Nestle Toll House and tons more great restaurants. Shopping includes; Athleta, Chico's, Kendra Scott, Loft, Pandora, Sephora, Soma, Starbucks, Talbots and more. They have everything you are looking for and more. Trader Joe's is also located here. We love coming here! The seasonal events are always fun! From Mondays with Mommy, Spring Farmer's Markets, Movies in the Park, Christmas Tree lighting...etc, we love them all! They have some cool places, but parking is atrocious. If you are unfamiliar with where things are I couldn't find a map anywhere as downtown Sugarland has. the maps online stink. This is an awesome experience. I have been frequenting this plaza for more than a year and I have had excellent experiences here. First off, there is shopping. A store with great outfits is Talbots and Chico's. Also, there is Francesca's which is a store for younger crowd. The eateries are excellent, too. One place I enjoy is Fish City Grill. La Centerra is a seminal addition to Cinco Ranch. We have watched La Centerra grow over the years and can only say "thank you" for building in this community. Cinco Ranch and Katy used to suffer from a total lack of restaurants and shopping. One had to trace inside of highway six if you wanted a meal other than Ninfas or La Fincas. Oh how I miss mama Ninfa (tears). Thanks to La Centerra we have Perry's, World of Beer, Bernies Burgers, Baker Street Tavern, Torches, Zoe's, Restless Palate and more. On holidays like the Fourth of July you can come here with the family and see a great fireworks show. On 9/11 the honor those lost. Our son joined both events as a Boy Scout and even played taps on his bugle while the local scouts read the list of people lost on 9/11. Hard not to break into tears when you hear taps played live on a bugle. Outdoor landscaping give a park like effect and you can enjoy just walking the grounds if not into shopping or dining. There is a green area for kids and some nights they have live music and movies. read more

It had me wanting to check out the area so I went with a couple friends and walked around the whole area and tried things here and there. So many good food options, drink options and shopping! Amazing sushi, crepes, appetizers and entrees all around this place. Very friendly businesses and dog friendly is a plus. Definitely a must. I go as often as I can. read more

Lakes throughout with ducks and turtles everywhere. Very clean and all trees are lit up nicely in the evenings. Good place to come with friends, kids, or a hot date. High end restaurants as well as casual. My kids favorite place to eat as well as hang out outside the mall. Right across the street from Cinco Ranch Library and the High School. LaCenterra is a combination of specialty shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoy the outside seating at Baker Street Pub, they have decent bar food as well. Kenzo sushi is a great choice for dinner. Grimaldi's pizza is very good, but get it to go as the service in pretty bad. If you are craving a draft beer, lots of choice at World of Beer. If you should find yourself here on a Saturday evening check out Central Green. Located at the center of the shopping complex. You can bring chairs or blankets and set up on the lawn. They have free live music that starts around 7pm. It does get crowded on the weekend but I have always found a parking spot. This past Saturday we parked near the stage at Central Green and were able to sit on the tail gate of my truck and enjoy the band. Good Times! read more

I'm not a resident of Katy, but I'd drive there just to shop in this totally cute outdoor mall. This area reminds me a lot of the Town Center shopping area in Pearland. I met a friend out here for lunch and some light shopping and we both thought the area was great. It's definitely not finished, as we saw active construction underway.It's great that they planned for parking with some parking garages. We had no problem parking at Luke's Locker our first stop. We wandered around and saw several options for lunch. We ended up Fish City Grill which was very good. In the future I plan to head on over and shop at J Jill, Coldwater creek, and a few other shop before I head to lunch at Perry's. It's definitely worth your time to check out this shopping center. read more

I remember when this area first popped up. It was small and now it's growing and more places are jumping on board. I like these little town center joints. I only come out once in awhile since why would I want am mini version when I have Houston's ITL as a giant one. But for my friends in the suburbs this is perfect. I love this place! It's family friendly and there's always something to do. Between the shops to go shopping, the frozen yogurt and the restaurants. Anyone can have a nice relaxed time. It's definitely a good to place to unwind, I love going to get a massage at Elements, get my nails done at Venetian and have brunch at Dish Society. My daughter loves Justice and Torchy's and all of the cool events that they have for the kids. At times they have movie night outside, others a concert and on special occasions they have events like bike riding. It's overall a cool place. Oh and I even enjoy going to Trader Joe's for a little food shopping. One stop shop for almost everything!! read more

No babies in diapers allowed in courtyard area, now come on, surely you mean unsupervised, but a few lines down it says all persons under 16 must be supervised, so that's not what you mean. Ok maybe you mean babies only in a diaper, i.e. half naked, right? So what do you mean, literally no babies , bc that's what it literally says. And no shoes, ok well my baby taking off his shoes qualifies, I guess you can ask us to leave, by all means, I'd love to see this, and then you can watch it blow up on social media. No undressing either, so if I change my baby that's kick out material I guess?! Let me guess, no breastfeeding either?! While I find it very hard to believe any of these things would be reasonably enforced, it says it bright and clear on this massive sign right by the courtyard and street, and if I follow them to a T we would be permanently banned from here, but I have a feeling you people just want to keep 'reasonable order'. This place is nice! there's tons of restaurants and stores all in one location. Definitely a place where you can bring your family and friends to. The only downside is parking because it's hard to find parking. Not only that but getting out of here can be a pain in the ass. We used to live nearby and this was our favorite place to hang out at, eat, and even shop. We came back to visit two years later and its still as nice as we remember it. Some establishments have been replaced but it still looks like the place to be in the area. Lots of places to eat at like Grimaldi's, Torchy's, Perry's, Fish City Grill among others. There's still the pretty duck pond across the outdoor activity center. They also have Trader Joe's, Nail Salon and a massage place. We were pleasantly surprised by the new movie house, The Alamo. Seems like they have everything here! So glad we made time to visit during our short trip back to Houston area. read more

I was bummed to move to Katy and learn that Mills was my only mall -- and lacking. Then I found LaCenterra, and all was good. Parking is plentiful (I've never had to use the garages), the shops are exactly the ones I want, and the food options are all pretty good and varied. I'm looking forward to trying out the farmer's market this weekend, and seeing what family events they have going on. read more

Mother's Day was my first time visiting this area and it is setup very nicely. There are a number of restaurants and stores on site. It is a great place to spend the day shopping and eating. There is also a green area where on Saturdays they sometimes have live entertainment. There is something for all members of the family to enjoy. read more

Nice shops and a great option for people in Katy and Fortbend to go shopping. Reminds me of Town Center out in Sugarland.

It seems like there's always something going on here, specially on the weekends. We love going to the Market Farm on Saturdays and they always have events (Special Sales, walks) We have seen fireworks on 4th of July, Pet Walks and the Christmas Tree Lighting is always fun. Plus you can get pictures with Santa for free :) It has slowly develop, and it wasn't until the last year that a nicely mix of restaurants and shops finally completemented the other activities. For us it is very conveniently located just a few minutes from the house which makes it even better. We have never had an issue with parking. There are two garages nicely placed in the back of the stores, which means just a short 2 minute walk to the stores, a lot less that at any large mall. Our kids love to play in the fountain in the summer time. Can't wait for Phase 2 to finally be developed and opened!!! read more

I think for many this is the Galleria of Katy, TX. And just like the Galleria, it is becoming more and more generic in the stores which are in operation since you could find most of these at any mall in Houston. Fish City Grill is a positive as are many of the restaurants nearby - it's probably the only reason this gets 3 stars. Otherwise, there's Talbots? White House/Black Market? LOFT? Panera Bread? Are you tired of the big shopping malls like the Katy Mills? If so venture down the Grand Parkway and exit Cinco Ranch Blvd to Cinco Ranch's version of a town center. A nice to place to shop, a few places to grab a nice meal or a snack and a great area to sit outside and enjoy life instead of being stuck indoors all day. As a plus they do a farmers market occasionally on the weekends. read more

I am mostly a fan because Baker Street Pub and Grill is located in LaCenterra, but I still like the environment. We have events in the LaCenterra plaze all the time and it is always enjoyable. From the Fourth of July Concerts to the Cheers for Charity, Christmas and the Saturday farmers market, etc. There is always something going on in LaCenterra where everyyone is welcome and involved!!!
