The employees are ok as far as being friendly and they don't ask you if you need help. So the customer service area can definitely improve here. It's absolutely awful. In the fitting room it says that if you need a different size to ask their staff, hmmm how? Nobody is ever at the fitting room. You just walk right in. When you come out if someone is there they don't even ask you anything. They just keep doing what they're doing. The lines are long because there is always only one person checking people out while others do nothing.
